Hae Soo's POV

Again, I was still stuck in the corner of my little office at 1 am. Everyone already went home. I wouldn't be stuck here if it wasn't for our chief executive who didn't like my work and told me do everything over. Lights on this floor were all off except his. Inside stood, Min Yoongi, known for his cold and stubborn attitude. We all call him Frost. My hands were starting to feel numb from too much typing the whole week.

Suddenly my phone rang, causing me to spill the coffee cup next to me. "Shoot," I cursed, quickly grabbing tissue and wiped off the mess. I checked the caller ID, it was my mom

"Are you gonna come home?" She yelled from the other side of the phone. I sighed and checked the clock. It was already 1:43 am and I'm only halfway done. "Probably not yet." I answered. "I'm worried, you know." She said, sighing. "I'm in an office mom, there's nothing you should worry." I quickly said back.

"In an office with a guy, alone." She's probably rolling her eyes while speaking. I came to realize that I've never seen Frost, as a guy. He's just someone above me that is so evil and a workaholic. "He's married to work mom, don't worry." I assured her and hung off.

"Who's married to work?" A voice startled me. I turned around to see Frost. Shoot, did he hear me? "N-no one." I nervously answered. "I could care less about you, is the work done?" He asked, coming closer and leaned in. My heart skipped a beat but he just wanted to check my work.

"Not even halfway done," he said in a grumpy voice. Idiot, try finishing work worth a week in one day! I cursed at him in my mind but kept my mouth shut in the reality. "Sorry, sir." I softly spoke, looking straight to the floor. "Sorry changes nothing. Submit this one next week." He said and turned my computer off. What is he doing?

"I thought I should give you today." I said confusingly. "If I wasn't clear enough, I said next week." He rolled his eyes while walking back into his office. "So good night, sir." I bowed and prepared to leave. "Where do you live?" He asked. I widened my eyes in surprise. "4-4th street, sir. Why?" I asked. He went into his office, grabbed his bag and came out again.

"Why do you think so?" He then locked his office door. This is was the first time I had a conversation with him besides work. "Umm," I scratched my head. "I don't know, sir."

"You think I'm stupid enough to let you go home alone at this hour?" His left eyebrow raised. Stunned, I accidentally stepped on my shoelaces, causing me to trip and fall down. "Be careful," he said, grabbing my hands and saving me.

"T-Thanks," I smiled and tucked my hair behind my ears. I wasn't used to Frost being defrosted but I had to admit I like it. I studied his round eyes that surely has a story behind it. It was the first time I actually noticed he's really handsome.

"Hae Soo ssi?" He poked me. Snapped out of my reverie, I blushed hard. What the hell was I thinking? "Let's go," he said, going ahead of to the elevator. Did he got possessed by a ghost? He just started being so gentle.

Ding dong! The elevator opened as we both stepped in. Yoongi pressed B2 as I just silently stood next to him. He's even more handsome from the side view. Wow, didn't know he's a hottie, I giggled mentally. But of course, when something good happens, the bad thing followed. The power died in the middle of the night while I'm on an ELEVATOR!

The emergency lights came on but it was too dim. Yoongi tried to click the emergency button but there was no response. "Shoot," I said, dumbly kicking the elevator door. Yoongi didn't say anything, he slowly started to sweat. "Are you okay?" I asked. He yanked away from me faced the wall. Then, I started hearing his loud pants. Is he having a panic attack?

I continuously pressed the emergency button as our phone don't have signal in the elevator. "Yoongi!" I screamed as I witnessed him collapsing on the floor. He grasped on the rail, hankering for oxygen. "Hold on," I said, panicking as well. I'm not a nurse and I slept through all my bio classes at school! Someone help me!

Yoongi weakly pointed at his bag. "Bag?" I quickly went to his bag and searched through it, eventually finding an inhaler. "Here, here." I went back to him and helped him press it. Finally, he was back to normal but was still panting. He looked so tired. "Are you okay now?" I worriedly asked. He nodded his head, still tired to speak.

(A few minutes later)

He stopped panting and finally cooled down. "Thank you," he said. I flashed him an appreciative smile. "It's fine, as long as you're okay." I said. "I have asthma..." He softly said. "When I was young, my parents died saving me when our house was on fire. I was in a closet for two days... when I came out, my house is burned very badly, not even my parents' corpse were retrievable. I was lucky, that's what the firefighters told me." He frowned.

"I'm so sorry to hear that." I unintentionally cupped his face. Realizing how stupid I was, I yanked my hands away. He looked at me without speaking for a moment. "I was afraid... I didn't want to be attached to anyone." he sighed. "Is that why you've been so cold?" I asked, also reminding myself not to get too close.

"I don't know how to be friendly." he shrugged. "I can teach you," I patted his shoulder. He huffed, "Like it's possible for a Frost like me." I widened my eyes, "H-how did you know?" I asked. He laughed. It was the first time I saw him laugh, even smile. "You think I wouldn't?" he paused and glided closer to me.

"Teach me... teach me how to get a girl like you." he whispered into my ears, giving me chills through my spine. My cheeks started to burn like red little tomatoes. "W-what?" I dumbly asked back. "I'm not that introverted," he chuckled. "I do have a love life."

Half surprised and half nervous, I kicked the elevator door once again, partly wishing to change the subject, partly not. "Stop trying to distract me," he came even closer. This time his eyes landed on my lips. I blushed even harder. Stop killing me, Min Yoongi. "You wouldn't mind, do you?" he asked in a husky voice. This is all too impossible, too impossible even for a stupid dream. "Mind what?" I asked back.

"This."

Without any notice, he crushed in. His soft lips and mine were glued like we both wanted it so bad. His hands glided up to my neck from my waist, pulling me closer. His tongue won after a long fight. How can he be so good at kissing? Of course, my hands locked behind his head. Soon, we both ran out of breath.

"You kissed me," I idiotically said.

Yoongi smirked, this is the first time seeing him this relaxed and humane. Suddenly the elevator power came back as it descended. We finally got to the car park. "What time did you tell your mom you'd be home?" he asked as soon as we hopped onto his car. I shrugged, "I didn't, why? I just told her sleep," I said while putting the seat belt on.

"Because I don't plan to send you home tonight." he started the engine and drove off.
