Minhee's POV

"Minhee, you don't have to be shy. They are Jungkook and Jimin, as well as your brother from now on. Don't worry about your name too. We promised your parents to keep your last name." Mrs. JeonPark patted my head. I just smiled.

I was at the age of 7 then, both of my parents died in a car crash so their friends, Mr. and Mrs. JeonPark took me in.

(5 years later)

I turned 12 last week and today I would be starting secondary. Jungkook and Jimin were a year older than me so they knew all about secondary. "Don't let the jocks get near you, understood?" Jungkook asked while helping me put the books into my bag. "And call us if you're in any kind of trouble." Jimin assured. I gave them both a nod. "It's fine. Just the first day of secondary school." I chuckled.

"But still, we're both worried." Jungkook patted my head. I know they are adoptive brothers so it's technical they watch out for me. But they just overdo it that it kind of scared me in a way.

We arrived in front of the school as the three of us hopped off the car. "Have a good day sweethearts!" Mrs. JeonPark waved as she drove off. "Cmon, we'll walk you to your class." Jungkook suggested. "Right, you still don't know the way." Jimin supported Jungkook.

"I will never know the way if you guys keep helping. It's time for me to learn things for myself." I gave them a bright smile. They both glanced at each other and sighed. "Promise me you'll take care." Jimin tucked my hair behind my ears. I nodded.

Then Jungkook stepped closer and pulled me into a hug, squeezing me in his warm embrace. I could feel something twitched inside me but I acted like nothing happened. When we broke the hug, I could see red shades on his cheek. Before I could even comprehend, Jimin pulled me for another hug. Jimin wasn't too tall to completely dip me inside but I could still feel his warmth. I noticed there were identical red shades like Jungkook when we parted. "See you guys at lunch." I waved as I made my way to my class.

Jungkook's POV

Minhee was so beautiful that no one in the universe could argue me on that. Lately, I've grew feelings for her but I can't do anything since she is my step sister. Maybe it's because I'm turning into a teenager, I can't help myself but to stare at her endlessly. "Let's go to our class too." Jimin poked while failing to keep his eyes off Minhee who was disappearing into the distance. I knew my brother too well. I knew he had feelings for Minhee too. But we both pretended like it wasn't true.

Minhee's POV

I grew up with two of my brothers like gum in my life. When it might seem good in a way, sometimes it wasn't. Lately, I've been feeling something different. My best friend told me it's a change of hormones since I was turning 16 soon. But is it okay to see my brothers as "guys"? I shook off my thoughts as the school bell rang.

"Hey Minhee! I'm throwing a party later, it's actually my birthday. I know you don't normally attend birthdays but, make sure you come to this one." Jin, one of the dancers at the school asked while sitting next to me. "Uh, I'll have to ask-" but he interrupted me instead. "Your brothers? Why not make a decision of your own for once? I can ask my driver to come pick you up at your place." he offered. He didn't take a no for answer as he quickly left before I could respond.
