RAE SANG’S POV

When I arrived at our house, I immediately went upstairs and grabbed my bag that contains some clothes, my laptop and ipad.

I again went downstairs and rushed away to the door.

I got inside the car and started using my phone while listening to music.

I played some games until I fell asleep with my earphones still on.

I slept for around 3 hours until the driver told me that we have arrived at my parents’ house.

I thanked the driver and then proceeded to the grand doors and I opened it just to see my mom and dad sitting on the couch of our living room watching movies.

I walked towards them and then kissed them each on their cheeks.

“Oh, Rae Sang dear, why are you here so early?” my mom said while hugging me.

“I thought I told you around dinner you should be here but now it has just been 4:00. Any reasons why you’re here so early even though sometimes you are very late in attending family gatherings?” my mom continued while making me smile.

“Oh mom, you and Joon Yan had the same reaction. Is it really rare for me to come here early? Earlier Joon Yan told me that it was a miracle that I woke up early.” I said and then hugged my dad.

“What Joon Yan told you earler was right dear. I sometimes worry about you being late now you are not living here with us” my dad said and then I pout.

“That was cruel dad. Am I really that late to wake up? Is it really rare to see me every early in the morning. Ouch, dad. I’m hurt” I said acting like hurt. What a drama queen I am.

“Aishh. Rae Sang dear you have to be better upstairs and prepare for dinner. Pick something from your closet that is casual but formal. Pick any dress there. You better wear heels or else. Oh, and also take a bath first and then tell me if you are done because I will personally do your hair and make up for you” my mom ordered and then I immediately went upstairs sighing inwardly.

“Better get this started so that I can’t be LATE anymore” I told myself while emphasizing the word LATE.

LUHAN’S POV

Just before our last class started, the teacher informed me that my parents called them and inform me to go back home right now. I just nodded my head and then gathered my things and put them inside my bag and then excused myself from class.

When I arrived outside the gates, I saw a black car and the drive outside was smiling at me and he took a bow. That was the signal for me to get inside the car.

‘ I didn’t know my devil mom is this desperate for me to go back home tonight’ I thought and I also saw my luggage inside the car. What was left for me to do is to sleep on the way.

After around 3 and a half hours the driver told me that I have already arrived there and he also told me that my mom is already waiting impatiently in the living room.

I then thanked him and then sped off towards the giant doors not bothering the maids and butlers greeting me along the way because what I care now is how to make  it alive past my pissed off devil-like mother.

Before I open the doors to the living room, I gulped nervously and then it took  me all my courage to finally open the door.

What I first saw was my mother talking someone on her phone and I silently thanked the person on the other line for sparing me just a small bit of my dear life because later on I know, I’ll be dead because of my mom’s nagging. And I mean that literally.
