Chapter 3: (Helena's point of view!)
We all got in the limo to head to the church. The wedding ceremony was so sweet and it really showed how much they loved each other. My aunt married a black man named Ivan. No doubt that Ivan was the best man for my aunt. I was so happy for them! I couldn't believe my aunt is 30 and I am 26. We grew up together. After church we all headed to the banquet. When we got there the party was barely beginning. It was so much fun! I hadn't enjoyed myself like that in a long time. I was a bit tired so I went to sit down for a bit. My new uncle, Ivan came and sat next to me.
“Thanks so much!" He replied. "How’s everything been going for you so far?" He asked me.
"Everything's great actually! I just started working with Justin Timberlake & Christina Aguilera." I told him.
"Wow that’s awesome! My uncle actually said it would be cool if you worked together with him." Ivan told me.
"You’re Uncle? Who's your uncle?" I asked.
"Dr.Dre" he replied.
"No way! That would be great!" I said cheerfully
. "Yeah I will let him know you said it’s cool. I will tell him to email you okay?" He asked me.
"Yeah, Thanks!" I said. The whole night I was really happy.
