Jail

A week later.

Mackenzie's POV

Being arrested is not that bad, the women are kind of nice there,  I made a new friend and she's the kind of girl that everyone is scared of in jail. I'm actually alone in the prison cell, they said that I'm dangerous. No one visited me yet. Well that was what I thought, before this afternoon, when "my friend" Henri the officer called me:

Officer-O

Me-M

O-Mackenzie Ziegler, you have a visitor.

M-Really?

O-Yep.

First, you're probably wondering why he's my friend, well he is the one who interogate me and for I don't know why reason, he think I didn't hit her and that I'm not a prisonner, he knows that this is not where I belong.

Now lets go back to the visitor, at first I thought it was Ruby, that she came to apologize and all these stuff, so I didn't want to go, after, I remembered that the Turner Family can't come to visit me. So I went there and I saw Lauren:

L-Hi.

M-What are you doing here?

L-I know it's not you.

M-Well, you're wrong.

L-No, I'm not, the first day, when we ate together, you told me this.

Flashback:

L-So what's your story with Nadia.

M-Well, that girl threatened me alot during this week, well I'm new and She's always insulting me and saying that, If I aint't doing what she wants then she's always saying to my sister to hit me.

End of flashback.

L- So it could have been makeup and she probably threatened you saying that if you don't say that it's you then, she'll ask your sister to hit you.

M-But it's not what happened.

L-Look, school is boring for me and for everyone now. I'm alone and the teachers are always talking about you saying that you were smart and all these stuff.And now we have 2 hours of anti-bulling class. And this sucks.

M-It's not what happened, I hit her. I lied.

L-I know you didn't so please.

M-Who sent you?

L-N... No one. She lied.

M-who sent you, I know you are lying.

L-Y.. You... Your mom.

I started crying, I ran to my prison cell. My mom. My mom sent her. My mom is scared of me, she can't even come by herself. I cryied for days. Didn't ate a real meal for days. Everyday I cry, its non-stop. I can't deal with it, my mom doesn't want to see me, I cry each time i think of it.

A week later.

Henri, the officer calls me:

H-We know what happened, you're free.

M-What?

H-They looked at the cameras again and we know everything, you haven't hit anybody. She hit you, threathened you and all these things. And you got to be in prison. 

To be honest, I don't wanna go home or go to school. A tear roll down my face and, and , and  he hugged me? What? Then  something really weird happened. he said:

H- Be crazy. Be stupid. Be silly. Be weird. Be whatever. Because life is too short to be anything but happy. he smiled and looked at him surprised.

And now, I understood, that, this whole time, he wasn't an officer or something. He was my dad:

M-How, I... I tought you were dead.

H- Your dad was a great man.

M-So you, you're not...

H-No, I'm not, Hi, my name is Henri, Henri Ziegler, I'm your uncle, you dad was my twin.

I was shocked, I tought my dad hadn't any brother or sister.

M-Nice to meet you henri, I'm Mackenzie, I guess you and my dad has the same happy sentence.

H-No, not really, Mine is: "You were given this life because you're strong enought to live it".

M-I like it.

H-Anyways now, you need to go.

I said bye to him and I got out of jail.
