dakota's pov

"wait how do you know keke?!" i asked keith

"this one of them crazy girls i used to fuck with" keith said

"i really don't appreciate the fact that you blocked my number" she rolled her eyes

"listen just leave us alone" i tried to reason with her, knowing how insane she is

"nah bitch. this the second time you've tried to take a man from me and i'm not having" she opened the jacket she was wearing and pulled out a long ass knife

"hey! calm down!" keith yelled while i tried pulling out my phone, she saw my action and lunged at me

i closed my eyes expecting a pain but when i didn't feel anything i opened my eyes to see keith jump in front of me and grab keke's wrist, he twisted it and she dropped the knife while she withered backwards in pain

i quickly dialed 911 and told them what went down and the address, keith's eyes were widened in shock

i ran up to keisha before could do anything else and kicked her leg like it was a soccer ball

she screamed in agony before falling to the floor

after hanging up with the operator i dropped my phone and attacked keith with a tight hug, he quickly wrapped his arms around me

"YOU SAVED MY FUCKING LIFE" i didn't noice but tears were streaming down my face

"anytime baby" he chuckled, still warm in my embrace

the police showed up and we talked to them separately while they took keisha away. officer burns told me she'd be in prison for years because what she did can be recognized as attempted murder

"keith we almost died" i suddenly realized as the cops started driving away, everything just happened so quickly i had no time to process it

"i know kota but it's alright now" keith reassured me placing both of his hands at my sides "we still alive cause i'm a hero" he smiled returning to his normal cocky self

"you ruined the fucking moment" i lightly chuckled and pushed him

*time skip to an hour later

"OH MY GOD" ash exclaimed while she held my face "my baby almost died" she pulled me into a bone crushing hug

me and keith had just finished telling ash nat and his boys everything that happened

"you're so fucking dramatic, i can't breathe!" as she hugged tighter. out of my side view i saw a teary eyed nat make her way towards me giving my side a tight squeeze

"oh my gosh, nat please don't cry! guys i'm fine!" i could barley speak, they broke away, fearing i'd faint if they didn't

"you sure?" nat dabbed her eyes with a tissue

"yes" i sighed

everyone ended up staying till around 11:30, when all keith's friends except woody left. i saw woody go with nat into her room before she came back out alone

"girl me and my mans about to get freaky so imma just use the rest of the whipped cream. ight? cool" she whispered as she stole took the can

"eww y'all so nasty. you better take that mattress with you when you move out or imma have to burn it" i screwed my face up as keith laughed at me

she stuck her tongue out at me before making her way back to her room

"mija let's watch a movie." keith said looking up at me from my place on his lap

"k pick one" i said as i walked to the kitchen for the last of the cheetos

i returned to the living room with the cheetos to find '50 shades of grey' on the tv waiting to be played

"oh hell on earth no" i said sitting down next to keith

"and why not?" he smirked at me

"gimme the damn remote" i snatched it with a laugh and put on 'grown ups' instead

only five minutes into the movie keith questioned "why you so far away?" and pulled me onto his lap

"keith i was literally right next to you" i giggled before crunching on a cheeto

"i know i just like it when you sit on my lap" he smiled up at me "gimme some ma" he reached for my bowl of cheetos but i drew it away

"umm no if you want something to eat go get something" i moved off his lap and back next to him again

"baby please" this nigga reached for my cheetos AGAIN and again i pulled them away

"keith the kitchen is literally 5 feet away. no"

"mkay that's how it is?" he stealthily reached over and snatched my whole bowl of cheetos

"keith!" i whined as he turned away and ate them all

he turned back around and handed me the empty bowl and i rolled my eyes before i trained them on the tv, trying to ignore him

"sorry kota but you shoulda shared" he shrugged, i crossed my arms and continued to pretend i couldn't hear him

"babyyy you really mad at me right now?" he questioned, when i didn't answer he wrapped his arms around me

"i'll buy you more cheetos i promise" he kissed my collarbone up to my neck "i'll even buy you the hot ones you know those junks be mad good" making me bust out laughing

"ok ok" i said

"see? you can't ignore me" he pressed a kiss to my check and i returned the gesture

"you right"

*time skip to the next day

keith's pov

"keith lemme pay for it" she whined

we were at the mall with nat and woody and i wouldn't let dakota pay for anything she wanted to get

"you not gon pay so you could just quit right now" i told her

she sighed in defeat as the sales lady rung us up using my black card and handed her the bags and me my card

"thank you baby" she kissed my cheek as we walked out

"no problem" i smiled

we walked for about two minutes before dakota turned to an unknown man with the biggest smile on her face

"andrew!" she exclaimed running up to him and embracing him in a hug

"kota!" he twirled her in his arms before setting her down again

hearing him call her 'kota' instantly made me mad

"who's this" he gestured to me
