Chapter 42 - Delivery

Tinanggap ko ang alok na bahay ng mommy ni Caleb dahil isang simpleng bahay lang daw yun para sa amin ni Tita Juana, pero di ko akalain na isang two storey house ang ibibigay niya sa amin. Pwede kami maghabulan ni Tita Juana sa laki ng bahay. May kasama pang mga gamit at hindi ko na magawang ibalik pa ito dahil anak ang tawag niya sa akin.

Pagkauwi ko, ilang shopping bag na may laman na expensive na damit ang andoon galing kay Calissa. One perfume is from Caleb's mother and isang handbag from his father. Obvious na mamahalin masyado ang mga gifts na ito.

Nagsimula akong mag prepare ng dinner namin ni Tita Juana. Nagulat na lang ako ng biglang kumahol si Shibs at umupo sa tapat ng pinto. Kasabay nito ang pagtunog ng doorbell.

Isang lalaki na naka fitted white long sleeves at white cap ang nasa tapat ng bahay namin. Hindi ko maaninag ang hitsura niya dahil masyado nakababa ang cap niya, pero di niya maitatago ang burned scars sa isang bahagi ng mukha niya. May dala siyang box, delivery man siguro.

"Kuya, delivery po ba sa akin yan?" excited kong tanong dahil umorder ako ng ilang facial products from South Korea.

"Delivery for Cassie Weston."

I gasped when I heard the man in front of me. Di ko alam kung magugulat ako dahil Cassie Weston ang tawag niya sa akin o dahil ka boses niya si Caleb. The same voice that I am dying to year every day and every night.

"Uhmmm... I am sorry... Nagkamali po ata kayo ng---"

Di ko na natapos ang sasabihin ko nang biglang tinanggal ng lalake ang cap niya. My eyes widened when I saw his face. The man in front of me looks exactly like Caleb, but half of his face is full of scars.

I looked in his eyes and those are the same eyes that I want to see before I close my eyes and when I wake up. The same eyes who can see my soul. 

"Caleb? You're alive?"

My whole body is shaking in fear and excitement. Fear dahil hindi ko alam kung multo ba ang kaharap ko. Excitement dahil buhay si Caleb.

"Are you going to let me in to your new abode or tulala ka na lang dyan?"

Pinapasok ko si Caleb sa bahay at sinalubong naman siya ni Shibs. Umupo ako sa sofa katabi niya at hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala na buhay siya.

Sinubukan ko tusukin ng index finger ko ang braso niya, ang chest niya pati ang pisngi niya.

Totoo nga, buhay si Caleb!

"Are you going to stare at me hanggang gumabi? Ngayon ka lang ba nakakita ng monster in real life?" tanong ni Caleb habang umiinom ng juice na binigay ko.

"Wala ka ba balak mag explain kung bakit ngayon mo lang ako pinuntahan?"

Tumungo si Caleb, he's in pain right now. Kung bakit niya itinago na buhay siya, I will whole heartedly accept his explanations.

"I am a coward Cassie. I am afraid that you will reject me once you see this ugly face."

Yun lang yun? Takot siya sa rejection?

Dahan dahan ko hinawakan ang scars ni Caleb which made him flinch. He is probably afraid na talikuran ko siya o mandiri ako sa kanya. I gently touched his cheeks and traced my fingers on his lips. Di ko mapaliwanag ang nararamdaman ko, pero isa lang ang alam ko, I don't want to lose this man ever again.

"Cassie, I know I look like a monster now, physically and emotionally. I did not contact you for months. I was not honest with you and please don't blame my family. I was the one who requested to keep my existence in secret. Sa dami ng kasalanan ko, maiintindihan ka if you will push me away---

I put my index finger on his mouth and I quickly owned his lips. The same lips that I want to kiss now and forever.

Sabi ko sa sarili ko, hindi na ko maiinlove uli nang mawala sa akin si Caleb. I was wrong. I fell in love again, but with the same man.

I kissed him with so much urgency as if mawawala siya sa akin anytime. I ran my fingers to his hair and I touched every corner of his ragged face. I can't get enough. I want him within me to know if he is really real.

"Baka dumating si Tita Juana, let us go upstairs," nakangiti kong sabi kay Caleb habang naghahabol ng hininga.

"She's with Zandro and Cal right now. Bukas pa siya uuwi."

"Then you are all mine tonight," I teased him as I began to position myself on top of him. I started to kiss his neck while I am straddling him in a sofa bed.

Slowly, I undo his shirts and I saw the burnt marks on his chest. Caleb looked at me with hesitations, but I owned his lips again as if assuring that I want him and his scars won't stop me.

I gradually kissed his chest and I circled my tongue on his nipples which made him groaned like a beast in pain. I was about to unbuckle his belt when Caleb suddenly stopped me.

"Cassie... are you sure you want to do this? I look like Frankenstein."

"What? Are you stopping me now?" inis kong tanong sa kanya.

"Yes..."

"Caleb are you kidding me? Do you think those external scars can stop me? No way! Isang taon ako nagsuffer Caleb, wag mo ko galitin," inis kong sabi sabay tanggal ng damit ko.

All of the hesitations in Caleb's eyes vanished when he saw me half naked. He kissed and this time, he did not hold back. We are both naked in no time in our sofa bed.

"Caleb, I missed you so much. I don't think na kaya mo pa ko pigilan sa mga oras na ito," I said as I rock my body back and forth. It is as if my body is vibrating and it is driving me crazy.

"Cassie, I missed you more," Caleb whispered back as he grabbed my breast.

"I love you Caleb, I love you. I love you so much. Please don't leave me again."

"And I love you too, Cassie. I love you, always and forever."

Everything is so surreal as if Caleb is just in my dream. With just a few push, I felt a quivering orgasm. Caleb shouted as he came seconds later.
