Okay so I finished editing the first book, that was a mess but anyway I realized that Lauren and Brea weren't friends anymore after their fight and I put her in chapter 10 in this book so I went back and edited that so feel free to re read that chapter if you want.

"Don't look at me. " Lauren attempted to shield her face, but her arms felt like noodles under her. "I look hideous. " She creaked. Her throat was so dry Ajayy could barely hear what she was saying. The I.V's that pierced her arm made her calculate every move wisely.

"You're beautiful baby." He cupped her cold face, Ajayy saw past the few purple bruises that speckled her purple skin.  A blind man could see how strong Ajayy's love for Lauren was. "So beautiful." He whispered nervously biting his lip. For a brief moment Ajayy started intently into Lauren's eyes looking for something maybe looking to see if the love Lauren once had for him was still there. He wanted to tell her to be his girl again and that he would make everything alright but he knew things weren't that simple.

Lauren quickly snatched away. "Don't lie to me Ajayy!" tears streamed from Lauren's eyes. She felt like a fool, a charity case. She secretly wished her loved ones would have just let her die, she no longer wanted to be here. Lauren wondered what she did to deserve such a wreck of a life.

"I would never lie to you Lauren I love you Lauren. " Ajayy added. "I never stopped loving you. "

If Lauren had knew Ajayy never stopped loving her then maybe just maybe she wouldn't be in this predicament. Maybe she wouldn't have walked out his life that night. Maybe she wouldn't have ran to Wayne for comfort, when Ajayy should've been the one she confided in.

Even though the two had had many breakups before, when Ajayy called Lauren that word that you should never call a woman you love, it damaged her. It was the final straw to the catalyst of events that changed her forever.

"I'm going to ask once and only once." His eyes scared me more then his tone of voice.

I already knew what would come out of his mouth.

"Did you fuck him?" He questioned, his words laced with anger and sadness.

My throat grew dry as I searched for the right words to say, but I couldn't find any.

"DID YOU HEAR WHAT THE FUCK I JUST SAID?" The volume of his voice quickly escalated.

"I'm not going to ask anym—"

"Yes I fucked him." My voice bodly how came back. "I did are you happy?" My voice cracked.

He started at me for what seemed like eternity before he calmly spoke.

"When I say I'm done this time I mean it and I'm done." His voice as nonchalant as ever.

"Ajayy please." I whined.

"I don't wanna hear none of that shit." He shook me off. " From the day that we got back together you've been telling me how wrong it was that I cheated on you. Ever since that one time I slipped  up and seen the way it made you feel I promised myself I would never make you feel that way again. " he explained.  "But I see that it was all for nothing. You've been the one doing dirt all along."
