Chapter 12: All of My Love

  They both appeared back in the empty, dark bedroom.
"Welcome back home love!" Jimmy said cheerfully as he tried to embrace his wife. She quickly smacked his hands away from her, causing him to flinch at her sudden movements.
"WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" She said bursting into tears. She buried her face in her hands, and slid down the wall onto the floor. Her body shaking with every tear that streamed down her face. Jimmy felt his heart sink down deep in him when he saw her like this, and when he realized what he's done.
"M.. I didn't mean to hurt you. Lily and I have just been struggling.. and the boys miss you too.." he casted his eyes downward to the ground, ashamed.
"It's not your fault Jimmurs.. I just had a lotta fucking shit happen to me this year.." her body began to quiver even more, and her voice was shakier. Jimmy slowly lifted his now tear stained face up, and walked over to her, and gently sat down next to her. Cautiously, he wrapped his arm around her shoulder, and to his surprise, she threw herself into his arms. A small and gentle smile appeared on his face. He looked down at her red hair, and began to slowly run his fingers through it. She took a deep breath out as she calmed down in his lap. She gingerly wiped away her tears with her arm before she sat up in his lap, and she faced him.
They were completely silent as they stared each other straight in the eyes. Hazel eyes to emerald eyes. Both telling a different story that somehow has the same ending. Something twisted in her chest as she looked at him. She smiled, and wrapped her hands around the back of his head, and brought him in for a kiss. Jimmy smiled through the kiss,oh how he missed this so much. He pulled her in for a deeper kiss, and she accepted. Finally, they separated with gleaming smiles on their faces.
"I'm living two lives, aren't I?" she said with a faint giggle.
"Yeah.. about that.. boyfriend?" Jimmy asked awkwardly.
"Oh yeah.." she fell silent. She cleared her throat befreo she could talk.
"Well, 2017 Jimmy for me, not such a great year so far. You remember my little white pony, right?" Jimmy nodded his head.
"I had to get him put down, and he died right next to me." she fell silent, and so did he.
"Well, few weeks later, the whole show season was cancelled.. then a month or so after that.. I was.." her body began to shake today.
"Hey, hey it's ok love, what happened?" Jimmy asked holding her closer.
"I was almost raped." she said quickly, almost unable to understand what she said. Jimmy's eyes widened, and he picked her up, and held her almost like a baby.
"Hey.. hey it's okay love.. I'm here for you." he kissed the top of her head.
"I love you." she said faintly. Jimmy smiled, and his heart leaped and fluttered.
"I love you too M."
