Kennilworthy awoke that morning to the sound of the third year students getting ready for their Hogsmeade trip earlier that morning.

Kennilworthy got up and grabbed his coat.

He slept through the night in his regular clothes.

He put his coat on and checked to see if his notebook was still in his pocket.

Once he checked, he walked towards the door of the common room and left Ravenclaw Tower.

Kennilworthy made his way down to the Great Hall and sat at the Ravenclaw Table.

He felt weird to be back at the table despite only graduating in June. He didn't have Orion there to tell him about Veronica, or other Ravenclaws to tell him about other house drama.

Kennilworthy took some toast and noticed Dippet wasn't where he normally sat at breakfast, in fact he wasn't there at all.

Kennilworthy took his toast and left the Great Hall to Dippet's office.

"Strawberry toads." Kennilworthy said taking a bite of his toast.

Kennilworthy walked down the hallway and entered Dippet's office, finishing his toast.

"Good morning Professor." Kennilworthy said walking in. "What time does the Hogwarts Express leave?"

"In twenty minutes." Dippet said sipping tea. "Are you prepared?" he asked.

"I think so, thought about it last night." Kennilworthy said.

Dippet put his tea down and stood up.

"Well Mr. Whisp, we should get going down." Dippet said. "Don't want to be late for your own hearing." he chuckled.

"Right Professor." Kennilworthy said following Dippet out his office.

The two walked down the hallway and met with the third years.

"Good morning Professor." a student said. "You will be joining us?"

"Oh no, just a few things to sort out at the ministry." Dippet said. "Enjoy your trip though, more to come over your years here."

Eventually, the Hogwarts Express arrived and the students boarded.

Kennilworthy and Dippet board at the very back of the train.

The whole way to Hogsmeade Station was silent.

Neither Dippet or Kennilworthy spoke to each other until arrival.

Once they arrived, Dippet lead Kennilworthy into a small quiet shop.

"Good morning Mr. Dippet!" The shopkeeper said.

"Good morning Astrid." Dippet said. "Mind if I use your fireplace?"

"Not at all sir!" Astrid said leading Kennilworthy and Dippet to the back of the shop.

"Thank you Astrid." Dippet said.

He waited until Astrid left to the front of the shop completely before taking out the floo powder.

"You know how the floo powder system works." Dippet said pouring some into the fireplace. "You may go first."

Kennilworthy looked at him and ducked into the fireplace.

"Ministry of Magic." Kennilworthy said and green fire shot up and covered him.

He appeared under a fireplace at the Ministry of Magic.

He walked out and Dippet arrived shortly after.
