Kennilworthy and Aurora appeared outside a tall building.

"Berlin, Germany 1995." Kennilworthy smiled looking around.

"You know things about the muggle-world?" Aurora said looking at all the muggles.

"Oh yea, sorry I keep forgetting you're pure-blood." Kennilworthy chuckled. "The ones in England are so snotty."

"A nice break from magic." Aurora smiled.

"Yea, I almost forgot, you can just call me Ken for short." his smile faded as he noticed an older looking Penelope across the street looking worried.

"Something wrong?" Aurora's smiled faded noticing Kennilworthy's frown.

"She looks worried." Kennilworthy said looking at Penelope.

"We can help her." Aurora said looking at Penelope from across the street.

"You wouldn't mind?" Kennilworthy said looking at her.

"I'm okay with anything." she smiled.

"Thanks." Kennilworthy smiled back.

Penelope noticed Kennilworthy and Aurora from across the street and waved.

Kennilworthy waved back and gestured her to come across the street.

Penelope ran across the street to Kennilworthy smiling.

"It's so nice to see you again." she smiled.

"You too, how long's it been?" he smiled back.

"Fourteen years, been promoted head auror of the French Ministry." Penelope said proudly.

"You must be?" Penelope said noticing Aurora.

"Aurora Nowak, just a dragonologist." Aurora smiled.

"1949." Kennilworthy added.

"Oh, you're from the same time as Ken." Penelope said. "Where's your accent from? Sounds Russian."

"I grew up in Norway." Aurora said. "Originally from Poland." she said quietly.

"That's nice, I'm Penelope Pluie, Penny for short." she held out her hand.

They awkwardly shook hands and there was a few moments of silence.

"I noticed you looked worried from across the street." Kennilworthy said breaking the awkward silence.

"Oh yea, it's about the rise of You-Know-Who." Penelope said.

Aurora looked at her confused.

"The French and German Ministries allied because England isn't doing good at this time." Penelope said. "You must be careful, they aren't allowing any British wizards and witches into the countries to avoid death-eater attacks."

"Anything we can do to help?" Aurora asked.

"I can take you both to the Ministers, they're both here, I'm supposed to be going there now, you could probably provide information." Penelope said looking at Kennilworthy.

"I suppose I can, let's go." Kennilworthy said. "Where would that be?"

"Right behind us." Penelope said walking up to the tall building.

Kennilworthy and Aurora followed as Penelope walked to a doorman blocked one door on the left.

"Franszösisch auror, diese beiden sind be mir." she says to the doorman.

The doorman opened the door and they walked in.

They walked through a small hallway where everything went blurry.
