So Sorry For This Chapter if you really wanted to know what "Nightmare Lane" meant. This Chapter is Max's POV from when Zach was being an ass and broke up with Catherine. So lets begin.
I heard screams come from Catherine's office. So did everyone else. We all rushed to her, Me and Adam in the lead. We slammed open the door and yelled at the asshole to stop. We pulled him off of Catherine just in time. She had only fallen unconscious. Red and I held Zach there as Adam called the police. When they came, he was arrested for abuse and they put Catherine in the ambulance. Adam and I tryed to ride with her, but they didn't let us. We got in our cars and followed them. We got there and waited to get in. She had an IV in her arm, bandages scattered around her body, and stitches on her forehead. She was still asleep, so we just sat there, waiting for her to wake up. We stared at one another, then looking at Cathrine, then back to one another. How could we let this happen? We then saw her arms. Cuts. They went from her wrists all the way up to her forearm. "Oh my God." Adam said. I didn't say anything. I was too scared. Scared if she would live, whether she was killed by her or someone else. There had to be around a hundred. I pulled her blanket up to he shoulders. We cryed. We cryed ourselves to sleep.
So yeah. Thats how they found out. Sorry if i say 'so' a lot. In these A/Ns its like I'm talking to u guys so its a lot more unprofessional. Idk what to say. So a tiny spolier for next chap. It have Catherine go to... Somewhere. Its not a convention or anything. This is also like a reminder to me. 😂 Lol.
