On what I say was the best day of my life, I got an email from one of my favorite YouTuber at the time. It was Skydoesminecraft. I opened the email and replied as fast as possible.
A - Adam C - Catherine
A - Hey do you edit your videos?
C - Yeah... why?
A - Okay then. Would you like to work at Sky Media?
C - Yes! I would love too! It has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid!
A - Awesome! Can't wait to see you on Monday at 9 am.
C - Great! Thanks!
A - Np!
I couldn't wait till Monday. I couldn't sleep and a "fun" fact about me! My depression comes out at night. The whole weekend I only heard these words: "You're not good enough." "They'll hate you!" "Just leave this world already!" So on Sunday, I cut again. I put bandages on them to cover them up.
The next day rolls around and I take a shower at 7, get out at 7:30, got dressed, brushed my hair etc. Oh! At this time I had a boyfriend. His name was Zach. As I pulled up into the parking lot of Sky Media, I saw Adam by the door waiting for me. I was a little nervous. He welcomed me with a hug and told me I would be working as an editor and I would be making videos with them too. That meant I got an office. He showed me everything and introduced me to everyone. The first person I met was Ross with Sprinklez. Then I met Barney, then Red, Tim, Cory, etc. I was assigned office which already had purple sound foam on the walls. I unpack my stuff. Adam came back to me and said, "Hey Catherine, someone just arrived that I NEED to introduce to you!" I followed him into the editor area. He yelled, "HEY MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Adam go away I'm working," the ginger said.
"But MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAXXXXXXXX!!!! There is someone I'd like you to meet!!!!!"
I giggled a little. I was going to love it here! These guys are even more hilarious in real life.
"Adam just shut up!" Then he turned around. I waved at him and said "Hey." He blushed a little bit.
"Catherine, this is Max, Max this is Catherine, our new editor, and filmmaker."
Max handed me a goldish bronzish flash drive. "Here edit these and show them to me when you are done." Then he continued to edit videos. "Awesome," I replied with. I loved editing. I can make fun of people while I'm doing it.
I finally finished editing the videos, so I went to Max's desk and plopped the flash drive on his desk. "Done so soon?" He asked as I was walking away.
"Yep."
