Chapter 4

TANYA SHARMA

I woke up at 7:00, I know I woke up early, but I didn't sleep all night, I was too anxious for the interview.

For the whole night I was just motivating my self, that I will get the internship, if not then I will get the experience of giving an interview and I can work for it more better, and also I will get time to study. But the fear is still there.

I got ready fast and went down to my mother, "good morning maa", I said as soon as I entered the kitchen.

"Good morning beta, how you are so early, your interview is at 9:00", my mom said.

"Yeah, I know but it's better if I leave early, you know Mumbai traffic and also I was not able to sleep well, so it was better to get up early and take time to get dressed", I said.

" That's nice, but I am not allowing you to leave before breakfast", mom said and I made the face as I am not able to have anything if I feel anxious.

But as I didn't had any choice I had a little and left. Maa wished me best of luck and I took her blessing, as well as Sonu called me and wished me luck and also we decided to meet at the cafe after the interview and her work. 

I booked the cab and was on the way, we could see the board of MEHRA INDUSTRIES from a far also, my heart was racing as I was nearing the office.

I reached the office and paid the driver, giving a mental boost to myself I entered the building, asking the receptionist the way, I went to the floor where the interview was going to be held as directed.

As I reached the floor, I gave m y resume to the person there as she was the in charge. She told us to wait till the boss arrives, she also mentioned that the CEO himself will take our interview and that made me more nervous.

As I looked around I saw we were 7 of us and 4 were from my own college so we sat together and discussed about the interview.

 As the clock struck 9:00 the CEO entered and he directly looked at me, there was no emotion on his face. He nodded at everyone as we all wished him and went inside the cabin.

Now I am getting more nervous, the cold look on his face, gave us shills. Everyone in the room seem to go on the nervous mood, the girls who were confident were also seen to get nervous.

"Oh god, please help", I prayed.

"What will happen if he remembers that I am the clumpsy girl, he will not look at me only?" I thought.

With fear I texted Sonu, that the auro  the boss has, she tried to calm me down and said not to think more and just give my 100% in the interview.

As I was in my thoughts, I heard my name.

"Ms Sharma".
