Chapter 14

We did all the shopping for decoration, and gifts as well as for tomorrow, I had to buy shoes and a bag for hiking and Sonu had to buy a track suite, so we did that. I bought the shoes of Rohna's choice, I don't know why but I was not able to choose and Rohan helped me choosing, as Sonu was besides me I asked him with actions which one to take, and he choose for me. It was very weird for me, inspite of Sonu sitting besided me, I asked Rohan, I don't know but for me, his opinion mattered and I did it.

We left the mall, and went home. As we entered the house, Sonu like a maniac, ran to the kitchen to hug my mother, I invited Rohan in and ask him to feel as a home.

As I entered the kitchen Rohan also tagged along with me, I called ma and introduced Rohan to her.

Sonu behind was giving me teasing looks and mouthing," You are introducing him as a friend or her son-in-law?" and laughed, I mouthed her to be shut up.

My mother asked him several questions on what does he do, how we became friends, where does he stay, etc. I was feeling like Rohan is giving an interview, the scene was worth watching.

"Doesn't it looks like your mother is taking an interview of a guy for marriage?" Sonu came next to me and whispered it in my ears.

I turned to her with wide eyes, "Shutup", I said.

"Oh, so you were also imagining him, giving interview to your mother as your boyfriend?" Sonu said teasingly.

"Will you go to hell, he is not gonna be my boyfriend, he is my boss", I emphasize on the word boss.

I agree I have a huge crush on Rohan and he being my friend is not helping me either, but I can't see anything further then us being  friends.

Right now,my main goal is to graduate with good marks, get a job and be nicely settle with my mother, boy is not a priority for me now.

"Sonu, you know me, I will not get a boyfriend, it's just a distraction", I said.

"Let's see, I am sure, that Rohan and You can date, there is nothing wrong, he is a great guy, and who know,s he is worth everything and will support you", Sonu said.

"I don't want to think any thing about this right now, let me just concentrate on my work and studies", I said, and Sonu nodded.

After my mother had completed her interrogation, we went to the guest room to decorate it, thank god Rohan didn't said that he is my boss, when my mother asked him he just said he is an employee and also he is in different department. I didn't feel good, as because of me he had to hide his identity.

I decided to talk to him later, and right now concentrate on work in hand.

We started decorating the room, with balloons and ribbons, we kept the gifts under the bed and  went out the room, Neel had not came yet, and thankfully we had completed everything, if he had came and we would be in room, he would have ask thousands of questions.

Though he knows we are planning something, but he will not keep quite, he would just keep asking questions.

I called him and ask where is he, as we all are hungry with doing so much work.  He said he will be there in 5 minutes.

I started helping mom, in arranging the dinning table, so as soon as  he comes, mumma has not even allowed me to taste it, Rajma Chawal looks so tempting.

I went to my room, as Sonu and Rohan are in my room chilling, perks of being a guest. 

"Where the hell is Neel, can't he come on time, I am damn hungry, I am telling you he is doing this knowingly", I said.

"What happened? Why are you so grumpy", Sonu asked me,

"I am damn hungry, and Rajma Chawal looks tempting", I said and sat on the bed with a huff.

"You are such a child", Rohan said and smiled, I blushed furiously.

"Why do I behave so childishly in front of him, Tanya get a grip on your self in front of him," I thought.

"Whenever she is hungry, she behaves like a child, so you will see this face of Tanu ", Sonu replied to Rohan.

I swear, I will kill this girl, as Rohan was going to reply, thank god the bell rang and I ask both of them to come down as I am sure it's Neel.

We went out, and as expected it was Neel, we talked for sometime, had dinner and went to my room, as we have to do something till 12:00 to surprise neel.

He was upset a little as Neha and Neel had not talked today because Neha was busy and her phone was also off.

I really love their relationship, they are so understanding. Neha is flying here to surprise Neel on his birthday, Neel understanding that she can be busy, it's really adorable, I wish I have this understanding partner, in future.

We spend some time, did gossip about college days, Rohan and Neel telling their stories and me and Sonu telling ours.

As just 5 minutes were left we blindfolded Neel, but Neel being Neel was being like a child asking all sort of questions. Neha had also reached. She just texted me she is outside the gate.

So to make the surprise more amazing, we took Neel infront of the door and told him to open the door.

Neha was infront of him with his arms open, giving a filmy pose. Neel's face was worth watching, he was shocked. As he realised he shouted like a maniac and pulled her into his arms.

I swear they are couple goals. I Rohan and Sonu clapped our hands excitedly and I started jumping, I love this type of surprises they are so cute.

I didn't knew Rohan was looking at me, as I turned towards him he gave me a sweet smile and it made me blush, he came towards me and said, "I didn't knew you like this kind of surprises."

"Yes, surprises like this, small small things you do for your partner, have my heart, I adore this type of relations and wish to have one", I said and smiled.

After Neha's surprise, we gave our surprise, enjoyed the night, and went off to sleep as tomorrow we had to leave early for hiking, I don't know I will be able to sleep or not, I am damn excited for tomorrow.

As I was in my thoughts, I got a text and it was from Rohan.

"I got to know a lot about you today Miss Tanya, and you are too adorable," he texted and I smiled looking at the text.

Somewhere I too want a relationship with Rohan, but our lifestyle is poles apart, also I don't want a distraction right now and I am still not sure of my feelings, it can just be a passing crush, after internship it can go, I don't believe in timepass relationship, first I need to be sure of my feelings as well as Rohan's.

With this thought I went to sleep, excited for the next day adventure.
