Chapter 4 (Doing the Project)

Tessa's POV

As I got to school I went by my locker and saw Erika and I told her what happened yesterday, Erika was happy for me. Erika then left and went with her boyfriend Anthony. I forgot something in my locker so I went back to get it, when I got the thing I need I closed my locker and saw Jake beside it.

Tessa: "Hi"

Jake: "Hi, so what's your plan today?"

Tessa: "Nothing really, why?"

Jake: "Wanna continue the project later at my house?"

Tessa: "Sure"

Jake: "What time?"

Tessa: "Just text me ok"

Jake: "Ok"

Tessa: "Ok bye, I have a class to attend"

Jake: "Ok bye"

Jake's POV

I was walking at the hallway when Alissa came running to me angrily.

Alissa: "Why did you cheat on me?" She said angrily

Jake: "I'm sorry Alissa but i'm also planning to break up with you tomorrow but now seems to be the right time." I said calmly

Alissa: "What are you saying?" She said about to cry

Jake: "Alissa, i'm breaking up with you"

Alissa: "Uhh, I hate you so much." She said running away

Tessa's POV

So class has ended, as I got home I got a text from Jake.

(In the text message)

Jake: "let's do the project at 4:00 pm"

Tessa: "Sure, be there in 10"

Jake: "Ok, see you here"

Tessa: "Ok"

(End of text messages)

So I got to Jake's house and we started to continue the project.

Tessa: "Btw let's try not to do what we did yesterday ok"

Jake: "What?"

Tessa: "Remember we kissed"

Jake: "Oh yeah, I remember now"

Tessa: "So yah, let's continue"

While we we're doing the project it was so silent and awkward until Jake broke the silence.

Jake: "So this is turning out good"

Tessa: "Yah it is"

Jake: "So it's already late, want me to drive you home?"

Tessa: "Sure"

Jake: "Let's go." He said as he grabbed his car keys
