Chapter 2 (Trouble)

Tessa's POV

I was sleeping in class when the teacher called on me

Teacher: "Ms. Brooks! don't sleep in my class this is your first warning the second time you do that your visiting the principals office"

I slept again because the class was so boring because the teacher was telling them about his life, the teacher called me again.

Teacher: "Ms. Brooks! I told you no sleeping in my class, go to the principals office NOW!"

I got to the principal's office and saw Jake there too, I don't know why he was there but I didn't mind at all. I have to be at the office for an hour and it has been about 40 minutes, the principal was not paying attention to us so Jake went to me and punched me for no reason.

Tessa: "What was that for?" I said whining

Jake: "Nothing I just wanna do it, im bored

Principal: "I heard that you two have been fighting a lot, if you continue fighting with each other I have to suspend you two for 1 month. So you two should get along with each other okay, now you are free to leave."

Tessa & Jake: "Yes sir"

I and Jake left the office and went our separate ways. Jake went to go with his friends and I went to go with Erika

Erika: "So what happened in there?"

Tessa: "Well, the principal said if I and Jake don't get along with each other he would suspend us for a month"

While I was talking with Erika, Jake approached me, I was scared on what he may do to me.

Tessa: "What do you want?"

Jake: "Give me your number" he said handing me his phone

Tessa: "Why?"

Jake: "For the project dum dum"

Tessa: "Oh ok" I said as I took his phone

Jake: "So when do you want to start the project?"

Tessa: "Today sounds good but who's house are we using?"

Jake: "Ok, just go to my house at 3:30 pm, i'll just text you my address ok, see you later"

I can't believe he is talking nicely to me.

It was already 3:00 pm, Jake texted me his address (it's just a random address). I got to his house and he answered the door.

Jake: "Glad you came, make yourself at home, my parents aren't here anyways"

Tessa: "Where are they?"

Jake: "They're at Hawaii for vacation"

Tessa: "Oh ok"

Jake: "wanna do the project at my room?"

Tessa: "Where ever you want is ok with me"

Jake: "My room it is, let's go"

Tessa: "Ok"

We got Jake's room, we started making the project. I didn't know that Jake's house was this big

Jake: "So this is turning out good"

Tessa: "Yah, it is"

We created eye contact. I didn't even know what was happening but the next thing I know we were kissing. The kiss lasted for 5 seconds.

Tessa: "I'm so sorry for kissing you"

Jake: "No, i'm sorry for kissing you, i'm the one who leaned in"

Tessa: "How about I get going and let's forget all that happened today. Deal?"

Jake: "Deal"

Tessa: "So..... Ummmm...... I'm gonna get going. Bye"

Jake: "Bye"

We said goodbye to each other awkwardly then I left Jake's house. I went to V cafe to bye green tea because that's my favorite. I was walking at the park when I saw someone I didn't want to see.
