{Alex}

"Baby, you gotta get up." I picked Lani up out of bed wrapping her legs around my waist.

"I'm tired, Alex." Lani yawned hiding her face in my neck. "I'm ready," Trey said with all of his bags. "Go wait outside with Niah," I instructed him grabbing the rest of our bags.

"Alex, I'm cold."

I sighed going back upstairs taking a blanket and throwing it on her. Lani's cute and all but she's a big ass baby.

I took her glasses and contacts putting them in a bag filled with all her other stuff.

"Is there anything else you need?" I looked around taking a deep breath.

"Nope, we're all good," Lani mumbled before getting off me and grabbing her bag. "Igh," I said holding her free hand closing the door.

"I'm so tired." She mumbled throwing her bags in the trunk. "You can sleep in the car ." I sat down in the backseat of Niah's car.  "Will you hold me?" Lani asked sitting next to me, I nodded my head bringing her into my lap.

"Baby, you gonna eat me out tonight? You know I like how you touch upon me." She kissed my cheek as I turned red. "Just take a nap and you'll feel better,"  I said forcefully pushing her head down.

"You be putting in that work when we ain't there?" Niah chuckled. "Every night I'm in it." I laughed stroking Lani's cheek.

"Don't ever kiss my head again." Trey looked at me wiping his face with his hands. "Go text Tina or something," I said slapping him in the back of his head.

"I'm not tired anymore, you messed it up," Lani growled bringing her head back up. Lani put my hand between her legs and looked up at me. She's always tryna get nasty with me at the wrong time

I moved my hand and she put it back between, shorty matches my nasty but when I don't give her what she wants that little attitude comes out.

I always fly out during school just so I can go on a break, this vacation is more for Lani than me since she's been going crazy on her school work. I thought why not help her relax and unwind especially after her not being able to graduate early.

I remember she told me about how she likes walks on the beach, so that's gonna be the first thing we're doing. I want Lani to be relaxed and realize she's safe with me no matter what.

"Ight G, I'll catch you," I said dapping up Niah, she brought us to the airport since she wasn't doing anything. Everyone got their bags from the trunk waving bye to Niah. Niah and Scarlett really the only two I'm cool with because Carmen been trying me lately.

I'm trying to avoid fighting with anybody right now because I got good things going on, I got good grades, I got a wonderful girlfriend, and I got two good ass friends. What else could I ask for?

Trey came along because that's Lani's best friend, every five seconds they're talking to each other. I think Lani would be a great mom but I'm not thinking about kids anytime soon.

We're just enjoying our time being young and dumb. We do crazy things for each other but that shows our loyalty and I know better than to question Lani's loyalty.

Lani

"It's so nice here." I said feeling the sand on my feet. "Glad you like it." Alex said wrapping her arm around me. "I love you." I smiled pecking her lips.

"I love you too." We sat in the sand letting the water soak our feet. "Where's your brother?" I picked up sand mushing it up.

"He's at the arcade."

"Let's go find some seashells." I got up going out further into the water.

"If you find a turtle pick it up and name it Alexander."  I gave her a thumbs-up before going underwater exploring all the wonderful things. There are sea glass and seashells, a whole bunch of stuff worth picking up.

"You find anything?"

"Bitch look." I cupped my hands showing her the sea glass I picked up. "That's so cool," Alex said in awe touching the glass.

I put the glass on the ground before walking out to the water again, Alex followed behind me picking up shells.

"We going out tonight?" I said keeping my head above the water. "Of course." I pushed my hair back before going underwater, best believe I opened my eyes cause momma ain't raise no hoe.

I came back up for air, wiping the water off my face. "Come gimme a kiss." Alex cooed puckering her lips. I kissed her softly letting the waves hit us. "Come! We gotta go walk around." Alex held my hand all the way back to the sand.

"Walking on the beach is my favorite," I mumbled. "Why you think we doing it?" Alex smiled at me while we walked around looking at everything.

"Oo baby look!" I jumped up pointing at the sunset. Alex took her phone out taking a picture of me, I threw up the peace and smiled as the camera fluttered.

"You love me?" Alex looked at me grabbing my hand again. "To the moon and back." I kissed her knuckles softly then grinned.

I get this feeling in my stomach that just reminds me why I like Alex so much, and I pray this feeling never goes away.

"Mommy wants to talk to you!" Trey yelled barging in. "Alex," I mumbled cuddling up with her in bed. Alex sat up taking the phone from Trey.

"My momma wanna talk to you," Alex said shoving the phone in my face.

"Oh no certainty not." I shook my head in disagreement. "Just talk to her."

"Yo momma kinda cute, I don't know why you're so ugly." I laughed sitting up straight laying against the headboard. "You must be Lani, I'm Amiya, Alex's mom." Amiya looks like an older version of Alex, despite the age you really can't tell them apart.

"Thank you for putting up with Alex while I'm away, she can be a handful." Amiya smiled showing off her white teeth. "It's no problem." I chuckled scooting closer next to Alex.

"I'd love to meet you, it'd be crazy if I didn't meet the girl keeping my daughter out of trouble."

"I'm sure we can work something out." I do want to meet Amiya, she seems interesting. "Ma, I let you talk to the girl once and you already want to meet her?" Alex sighed taking the phone from me.

"It's okay, I'd like to meet her," I said getting up from the bed. "Fine." Alex groaned making me smile.

I'm curious to see what Amiya's like, what traits she and Alex share. They look alike so maybe they act alike but who knows.
