"Seiko...?"

A voice rung out through the hallways to a distraught Seiko. Hugging herself tight . Arms curled close to the chest. Her eyed were swollen from crying and her knees shook more with every step. It was cold. She was alone. So alone. It hurt.

The argument had only happened a couple hours ago, but wandering alone felt like days turned to years. The more she wandered in the dark the more sad she felt. A thick filter on her back, gooey almost, a wet sensation draining down her back and around her skirt slipping down her legs dripping, a clear trail of depression fading into boiling trails of black.

"Seiko..?"

A voice rung out into the darkness. Just by chance Seiko had been walking by the old decrepit stairs. She turned her head towards the entrance to the next floor unable to speak as her voice had gone horse from crying for all those hours . "..?" She shivered squeezing the felt winter uniform that wrapped around her arms and made her way to the stairs. Each looming step seeming to bring some more hope to the situation.

Each step turned from slow dragging motion to a desperate sprint as she turned up the stairs.

"Seiko...."

Rounding the corner she saw Naomi standing in front of the bathroom clutching her phone in her hand , tears falling from her eyes head hung in despair.

"Seiko..."

She whispered . Seiko ran towards her reaching out a hand to get her and tripping as she fell through her friend. She was gone.

"Seiko..."

The voice called out from the bathroom. She stood up not even registering something was wrong. She ran in and looked around for her dear friend. She noticed her friends shoes under one of the stall and ran over her face lighting up.

She slung the previously locked stall door open. "NAOMI!!" She smiled calling . Her face immediately turned from joy to horror. Her friend hung their. Shadows outlining her face, drool dribbling down the side of her face her fingers blue and her bangs messily mated over her eyes. Tear streams on her cheeks.

Seiko took a step back covering her mouth. "Naomi... no... why... why would you..?" Her eyes teared up and her voice cracked. She hugged herself her knees crinkling inward as she fell down onto them a dumbfounded look on her face. Curling up burying her face in her knees Seiko silently sobbed mourning the loss of her friend.
