The Return

Returning to Heavenly Host was not easy for anyone to wrap their heads around, especially after witnessing the horror first hand; nonetheless the two willingly, and even if a bit unsure readied them self for the journey they were about to partake in.

Both girls stood , a backpack tied tightly to their back as seiko reviewed the letter that had come with the stones, now in her possession. Reading the note, it was simple enough. Click the pieces together. Thats it.

Taking a deep breath, only armed with their guts, their flash lights, and anything they can carry that wouldn't limit their movement. Smiling, Mayu glanced up to meet Seiko's eyes, her thin child like fingers wrapped around her piece. "Are you ready? ", Seiko hesitated slightly asking herself if she really was.. but at this point she couldn't let her friend down. After a curt nod Seiko held out her piece exposing the end.

Taking a shaky breath Mayu pressed her end to it. With a click it connected.
The silence only lasted for a second before the pair was hit by a blast of cold hair catching them off guard. Hair whipping in tune to the strong wind emanating daring to pull them apart. A bright blue light incapsulated them, blinding the duo.

Soon the bright light faded. Seiko stood her arm out stretched still, the stone in her hand. On the other end the connecting piece as well as its owner gone. Mayu, was no where to be seen. Seiko, was alone, once again, within the depths of Heavenly Host.
