Mayu made her way back to the hospital the next day. She walked in to see her friend asleep in her bed, her leg still propped up. Tempted to wake her she scanned the room. Finally her eyes landed on the journal that had been with her stuff. More specifically what was on the journal. "Shinozaki..?". She had not seen that name in a while, more over she wondered why Seiko had it.

Quietly she made her way over to the bed side table, gently taking the old book in her hands. Silently, she sat down the gifts and left the small room. Finding a place in the lobby she peeled open the yellowing pages. The hand writing was almost unintelligible. This did not look like her friend Ayumi's hand writing what so ever.

If it wasn't Ayumis then who was it? Mayu was determined to find out. Flipping through the pages she found most of them were blank. Once she found the written portion she stopped on a random page starting at the top, squinting to try her best to make out the words on the page.

Today I stayed after school and watched mom tutor some of the students. She's so smart, I love her. One day I hope I can be a teacher. I want to be like my mom. Even Sachiko agrees. Maybe one day we could have our rooms side by side?

Sachiko..? The name sounded familiar but from where? Maybe she was a distant relative of Ayumi..? Even so.. who's writing this..?

Without warning the book burned pages flipping past a sea of blank pages. Landing on one page written in scratch hand writing.

"I am Sachi. The girl who lives in the Shinozaki's shadow."

Mayu stared dumb founded. How..? Did it answer me...? Quickly she looked around scanning to see of anyone saw it. Unfortunately no one was paying any attention , so she couldn't prove her own sanity. She shut the book unsure of what to do with it.

As always she decided it was best to consult her mentor.. mrs Yui. If anyone would know what to do it would be her! "She can always help me in these situations! After all if I gave it back to Seiko it may end up dangerous or stress her out.. so this time I'll handle it.." she gave a curt nod at the book determination in her eyes before leaving the clinic to go visit her teacher
