{A/N: Sorry for the late update! Chapter V everybody! Enjoy! ♥}
*Melissa's P.O.V*
"Next up, Nathan Sykes" one of the judge - or my teacher, Mr. Jusmin - said through the microphone. We were at the auditorium, doing the audition of Nathan. Of course, Jay, Trixie and me are there to support him, well, almost half the school is here to either audition, watch who is auditioning, or just look at our very handsome teacher, Mr. Jusmin.
"Good luck Nathan" I said to him. He said thanks to me and walked to the stage, earning some claps, whispers and girls wanting to get attention from him in the audience. Last night he told me that he is used to getting attention because he's been joining contests since he was little, unlike me...
"Hello" Nathan said to the judges and audience, I can her some squeals from the girls around me, yeah, I would do the same if I'm not living with him.
"Proceed with your audition, Mr. Sykes" Mr. Jusmin said.
"Wait, sir, erm, can I use that organ?" he said pointing to the small organ at the corner of the stage.
"Whatever you want" one judge said and he went to the organ right away. When he was finally there, Nathan made a small cough to clear his throat and began to sing.
"It's like you lock me down, yeah, just take a look around yeah, it's like a fire burning, burning up inside"
His voice with his skills in playing the piano, already gave me chills.
"How do I find the words to, to find the words to show ya, only you can call me out, out into the crowd."
I can't keep my eyes off him, he looks so indulgent, so affectionate and somehow, so sexy.
"I bet if you could read my mind, you would go into it all the time, tell me, where do we go from here, I need to know, I need to know now"
I caught him glance at me. I smiled to show him he's doing great. He returned my smile, and I could feel my cheeks burn.
"I bet if you could get in my head, and see everything I never said, tell me where do we go from here, I need to know, I need to know now."
He finished it off with a couple 'yeah's with different notes. When he stopped, he just looked at his piano and dropped his hands slowly, when he looked up he bit his lip. And in a few moments, I could hear clapping, cheers of appreciation, and some standing ovations.
"Thank you" he said then went down the stage back to where his seat - beside me. I kept in mind what Nathan told me yesterday to ignore those people looking at me, so we sat beside each other. It does feels good to sit beside him.
"You were amazing!" I said to him.
"Really? Nah, I made some wrong notes there." He said taking his seat.
"No, Nathan, it was beyond amazing!" Trixie said.
"Yeah, Nath, didn't even seemed you did a mistake" Jay said patting his shoulder.
"You'll surely get the part" I said. Usually people fall in love with people like Nathan, he's charming, talented, loving. But still, I just met him three days ago, but it felt like I've known him for a long time now. Things are still awkward between us, or maybe it's just me, maybe it's me who's feeling like this because I...I think I'm in love...
"Hopefully"
*Nathan's P.O.V.*
As I was singing, the only thing on my mind was Melissa. Every word, dedicated to her, after all I did write it for her (last night in my room with my small organ) she just doesn't know it. I made small glances at her; I can see that she's liking the song.
