— STEPHANIES POV —

As soon as we land, everything is so rushed. Our interview is later today and we still need to get there, we won't even get chance to sight see until later.

The moment the wheels of our little plane touches the runway, Martin jumps up from his seat at the back of the plane and rushes over to me and Michelle, her head rests on my shoulder as she begins to wake up, I've been way too excited to even think about shutting my eyes!
"Right, so I've got a taxi booked and it's going to load the suitcases and in about 10 minutes you guys will be able to get off the plane." He explains.

Me and Michelle sit in complete silence for the 10 minutes we have to wait. We're both so so excited but also super nervous, judging by our matching facial expressions.

"It's time girls." Linda beams as she peers over our seats. I stretch out my arms and legs as Michelle stares out the window. I stand up and clutch her wheelchair, steering it down the steel ramp once again and onto the ground of New York. The warm air touches my face gently as the breeze sways slowly.

The taxi is waiting for us right at the end of the plane. I wheel Michelle all the way over, able to lift her into the taxi. Before I get in myself, I peer over into the distance to see the Empire State pridefully jabbing up at the clouds. It looks so so beautiful and it overwhelms me.

After attempting to take it all in, I clamber into the taxi beside Michelle and opposite Linda as she settles herself into her seat, buzzing with excitement.
"Thank you." I mouth to Michelle, she got me through the entire flight and I really appreciate her being there for me again.

The taxi engine starts, filling me with the same kind of excitement I indulged when first finding out about the fact we were going to New York. I grip firmly onto my seat as I tap my feat anxiously. All kinds of emotions are waving through my mind.

The taxi drive doesn't take too long. The entire time I gaze up at the beauty of New York. The buildings are so tall and take my breath away.
"I can't believe we're here!" I buzz as I bounce up and down in my seat.

We pull up at the "good morning America" studios, greeted by crew members welcomingly. We follow them down multiple hallways as I wheel Michelle through carefully.
"We'll be going on the air in about half an hour or so, so you can wait in here and we'll get you in about 20 minutes so we can have time to get you set." A blonde smiley lady smiles in a strong American accent.

I sit down tensely on the red fluffy sofa, parking Michelle's wheelchair beside me.
"Are you scared?" I shakily ask Michelle.
"Very." She mutters, unable to get any more words out.

We remain in complete silence. My fears build up intensely. What will I say? What if I mess up on live TV? It all comes down to what happens in twenty minutes. I'll either make it, or shatter to pieces and break it.
