Chapter 9 - The Improvement

Hawkmoth P.O.V
Damn it! Ladybug and Cat Noir are too chicken to fight my akumas face on! And how come I'm just making killers!?! They had to involve these-these strange people! How did they arrive here anyway!? Perhaps it was Madam Vortex? Yes, that must be it. But thanks to how many people she and her counter part Anne Ruve brought back here to Paris, my akumas have been unstoppable if they faced Ladybug and Cat Noir. Maybe I should send her to bring me more mages, if my plan works out well I'll need a sacrifice. They need to bring back a strong mage that people wouldn't mean to hang around, hopefully Anne Ruve can get the job done. If I get one of those mages to get akumatised, or get the mages separated from Ladybug and Cat Noir. This might be my lucky day.

No ones P.O.V
Ladybug rushed over to Cat Noir to tell him that she had seen Zeref.
"Are you serious Mi'lady!?" Cat Noir held Ladybug by the shoulders.
"Deadly." Ladybug replied with a determined look in her eye, before it dropped. "But I feel bad for tricking Lucy. She thinks we are evacuating citizens but we are just going to the fight. While she is looking for any more akumas. I know she sort of secretly has to help now with the sudden increase in strength with these akumas, it's just that we need to be able to protect ourselves and others"
"No need to worry mi'lady, I'm sure she will understand."
"I'm sure she won't understand." Ladybug and Cat Noir turned around and saw a very angry Aquarius. Not something you want to see.

"Oh H-hi Aquarius, I didn't see you there." Ladybug greeted nervously while she remembeed how scary she can get when angry.
"You didn't SEE ME!?!?! YOU MUST BE EVEN MORE IDIOTS THAN I THOUGHT YOU WERE!! LUCY IS HELPING YOUR WORLD WHILE YOU GO OFF DO YOUR OWN THING!!!!!!" Aquarius screamed and grabbed the collar of the two hero's super suit.
"Well uh-" Ladybug tried to think of something to say but can't think of anything because what Aquarius was saying was true.
"Indeed, how do you think Lucy would feel is she knew this?" Loke joined the conversation. Ladybug put her head down in shame. She was about to say something but Cat Noir beated her to it.
"Betrayed, very betrayed."
"Yes, now Aquarius and I will go back to the spirit world but I expect that you don't run away to do our own thing, understand?" Loke asked sternly. Ladybug and Cat Noir said "we understand" on the same time. Aquarius released her hold and dropped them of the floor. Aquarius gave out a huff of frustration and turned to go back to her world but not before one last comment.
"You make worry Lucy and you're dead! You also will for next time I have to come to this world during MY DATE!!!!!"
Ladybug and Cat Noir nodded furiously.

Loke and Aquarius disappeared and saw Lucy who jumped down from a building and landed in pink fluff.
"Lucy, that's some getup you got, is that another form of your star dress?" Ladybug asked and Lucy nodded.
"Yeah this is my Star Dress Sagittarius Form."
"Isn't that way too showy?" Cat Noir asked politely and turned the other way to not look.
"In a fight it doesn't really matter how you dress, just as long as you don't die." Lucy shrugged.
"But what was the pink fluff?" Ladybug asked.
"Pink wool, not fluff. Anyway that was Aries the ram, she is very shy. But Aries feel free to come and say hello!" Lucy explained while she shouted the last bit over her shoulder.
"Oh H-hi I-I'm Aries the cel-celestial spirit. Pl-pleased to meet you!!" Aries screamed out the last bit. She had pink wool like hair with white wool clothing.

"C'mon Aries! We better get away!" Lucy hurried down the road. "Ladybug I suggest you run as well!" Lucy said fear evident in her eyes.
"Now I'm scared!" Ladybug took a step back. "What is it an akuma? We an fight it! And why should I run and not Cat Noir?"
"Aries you better go back home, you'll be safer there!" Lucy suggested. "And Ladybug it's not an akuma, it's what you could call an old acquaintance who I prefer not to see."
"Ok, thank you Miss Lucy!" Aries said before she disappeared.

"What, no who is it!?" Asked Cat Noir.
"On look out Aries and I saw a man we rather never see." Lucy started off before there is an explosion.
Sorry Lucy, Hades summoned some minions think you can take care of them?
Yeah, I-I can.
What's wrong?
He-he's here, a very scary man is here the one that scares Erza and is very cringe worthy.
Not him?
Yes him.

"C'mon you guys! We need to defeat some of Hades' minions! Open gate of the Maiden, Virgo! Star Dress Virgo form!" Lucy casted a spell amd a women with short pink hair in a maid outfit appeared and Lucy's clothes changed into a maid's.
"Punishment time, Princess?" Virgo asked.
"No, Virgo we got some work to do!" Lucy shook her head.

Lucy P.O.V
After I summoned Virgo and changed star dresses we ran over to where Hades' minions are and saw Jackal.
"AH! Miss Lu-" Jackal began but got cut off by the monster that tried to slash him. After Jackal exploded the monster he finished "Miss Lucy?" Is he calling me that because I defeated him once? Well then I should be calling him Lord Jackal because I'm afraid as hell of him!!

"Why did you add Miss?" I asked.
"Because your stronger than me. You may be afraid of me, that's to be expected but whether you realise it or not you are stronger than me." He confessed. Am I really stronger than him?
"Y-you think I'm stronger than you?" I asked.
"Yes you are Miss Lucy. Probably the strongest celestial mage your the first one I remember using star dress same goes for Zeref and Acnologia. Not even your ancestor Anna could use star dress! You are very powerful!" I allowed all of that sink in and now I feel happy. "Since your stronger than me, don't fear me it's just insulting!" Jackal complained with his arms crossed and he kicked a minion. I nodded and punched another minion. Why did I chose Virgo's star dress Taurus's would be much more effective.
"Star Dress Taurus form!" I said and my outfit to changed. I felt myself getting physically stronger.

I trapped some of Hades' minions in my whip and jumped up to a building. I gave my whip a good swing and BAM!! I threw the minions from the building all the way to the floor leaving them unconscious. I looked over at Jackal's direction and sawe him going on a rampage. I better move over a little and give him some space, I sweat dropped. I looked over at Ladybug and Cat Noir's direction and saw them fighting back to back. Suddenly I  felt this massive amount of dark magical energy. I looked over to the forest's direction and saw a huge cloud full of dark magical power.

"Jackal, do you see that!?" I asked because he is from my world and should be able to see magical energy.
"Yeah, what is that!?!?" Jackal jumped on top of a minion and exploded his head and landed perfectly on his feet.
"Obviously dark magical energy, the question is who caused it? Hades or Zeref?"
"Probably Hades, Zeref could do that but he won't he doesn't want to kill anyone unlike Hades." Jackal guessed.
"That does seem possible." I said and punched some more of Hades' minions.

"These akuma attacks are getting a whole lot stronger, does anyone want to guess why?" Cat Noir asked and shoved a minion with his baton. "And am I the only one getting tired?"
"Your not the only one, I'm getting tired too." Ladybug groaned in exhaustion and swung her yo-yo into a minion's face.
"You're both are tired!?!" I screamed in surprise and kicked a minion in it's side.
"I agree with Miss Lucy. How are you two tired!?" Jackal asked and exploded a minion by it's leg.
"Well, we aren't from your world having to face these hardships everyday!!" Cat Noir raised his voice and twirled his baton high in the air for it to crash down and landed on 3 minions.
"You find this hard!?! It's super easy!" I exclaimed and shoved a minion into another sending them both down. "It's just the number that's difficult, how many of these things are there!?"
"Don't know Hades is summoning more by the second, lets hope that Zeref can finish him soon." Jackal sighed. "Oh boy, we better move to another area stink boy is coming." Jackal groaned this time.
"Is "stink boy" the guy from earlier Lucy?" Ladybug asked.
"Yeah."

"Shouldn't we just show him to them Miss Lucy? It'll be much more easier. Plus he could help with the fighting." Jackal suggested.
"I guess." I sighed, I have a feeling I'm going to regret this. "His help would be appreciable but he just creeps me out. And stop calling me Miss Lucy, Lucy is just fine."
"I can second that" Jackal sighed. "And I'm not going to stop calling you Miss Lucy, unless you have a good reason why I shouldn't."
"How do you even know him?" I asked. "And it sounds creeping when you say Miss Lucy"
"When traveling to this world I saw everything that happened after I died and got filled in." Jackal explained. "I found Acnologia's fight very amusing." He laughed and setted off explosions. "I'll stop calling you Miss Lucy, Lucy"
"I see. And thanks" I sighed again. "Anyway back to Cat Noir's question, they aren't always this strong?"
"Usually they are at 4-5 of these minions combined strength and power." Ladybug explained, those akumas must have been very very easy to defeat.
"Yeah, so how did Hawkmoth's power increase?" Cat Noir asked and rubbed his finger on his chin.
"I might know, my friends, what a lovely-" Spook the voice I dreaded before he got shoved by a minion.

I'm not prepared to see him! Not this soon!

A/N: My friend and I were chatting and looking at fairy tail memes and came across one we preferred not to see. And I decided it'll be funny to add that character in the book! If you want to know who this mysterious character is, read the next chapter!
