Chapter 23 - The Eclipse

Cat Noir P.O.V
After Madam Vortex and Maya Agelta took away Ladybug and Lucy out of sight I waited for 5 minutes to pass. I told everyone the plan on how I'll use my power to get everyone out of here, I was just waiting for the right time.
"How was before not a right time?!" Natsu glared at me. "We could have saved Lucy and kicked their butts!"
"Natsu stop it!" Levy shouted at him.
"Natsu." Mavis said. He looked at her. "If Cat Noir used his power to get us out then, we wouldn't have been able to get Lucy because we are all dangerously low on magical energy. He was waiting for the right time so we can definitely save her." Mavis lightly grinned and Natsu nodded.
They all looked at me expectantly it was scary. If the plan failed then they were probably going to kill me for giving them false hope. Ok it was now or never here goes nothing.
"Cataclysm!" I semi shouted so everyone inside the cage can hear me but no one out. Geez I really wanted to make a pun, I tried before everyone just glared at me. Wait, what was going on? My cataclysm was fading by the second! With no time to lose I swiftly swiped my hand over the bars and they crumpled. Phew, just in time.

"Now let's go save Lucy!" Natsu was about to run off before Erza grabbed him by the shoulder.
"We need a plan. We can't just rush in there." Erza said.
"Then what's our plan?" Natsu glared at Erza.
"We'll split up into teams of three, team 1 will look for Lucy, team 2 will look for the way out and team 3 will look for the main control/security room." Mavis said.
"Why would we need to look for the main control/security room First Master?" Wendy asked.
"There are definitely traps around the place. And guards as well. The main control/security room should have cameras around the place so team 3 can inform the other two teams where to go." Mavis said.
"Smart." Katrina wrote. "Who will organise the teams, will it be you Mavis?"
"It'll be me. I have analysed who will and won't work well with each other. So team 1 will be Natsu, Gray, Erza, Happy and Cat Noir. Team 2 will be Volpina, Mira, Wendy, Carla Katrina and Katros. And team 3 will be Levy, Gajeel, Pantherlily, Juvia and myself. All clear?" Mavis looked at us and we all nodded. "Here are portable lacrimas, place them in your ears. Levy here is a switch, it'll turn on the lacrima and you'll be able to talk to everyone else."
"Ok." Levy smiled and went to her group.

So I had to work with another feline friend, a fire eating freak, a crazy stripper and a monster. Great.
"C'mon let's go save Lucy!" Natsu started to run off but Erza held his shoulder again.
"As a TEAM, Natsu we need to RUN with EVERYONE in our TEAM." Erza glared at Natsu. She was not glaring at me but I was still scared. We started running in the direction they took Lucy and Ladybug. Please be alright.
"Hi cat face, I know know that we know each other's names but we didn't get a proper chance to introduce ourselves. I'm Gray Fullbuster, that pink haired pyro there is Natsu Dragneel, the monster with red hair is Erza Scarlet and the annoying blue cat is Happy. I know that you already know us but It just felt weird that we didn't introduce ourselves properly you know?" Gray told me. He offered his fist and I fist bumped him. It was a bit hard to do while running.
"Yeah, it would have been great to meet on different circumstances though. As you already know I'm Cat Noir hero of Paris!" I said.
"A cat a hero! Aye Sir!" Happy grinned while flying. Lucky cat not having to run. Wasn't that cheating?

"Here's a tip. Try to make a good impression for Erza, she's scary like really really scary." Gray warned me and I nodded. I started to run faster to catch up to her. Yep, really really scary like Gray said.
"Hi, Erza right?" I said and she glared at me. Her glare stopped when she saw me.
"Oh, Cat Noir. What is it?"
"We shouldn't be fighting among ourselves, we need to save Lucy and Ladybug right?" Please don't kill me, please don't kill me.
"Your right, Natsu I'm sorry for stopping us to save Lucy here's my arm, you can hit me!" Erza said and offered her arm to him. What the heck? Was this how things worked in their world?
"No Erza! I can't!! It's fine, let's just go save Lucy." Natsu said. We all continued to run together, man we must look awesome. I looked back, the other groups were long gone. I looked at the faces of my group mates. They looked calm but inside I can tell they were building up a storm. It was strange how they can act like themselves at a time like this. Were they trying to act normal to calm down the rest? What did I do to get stuck in this group? Next to them, I must look like nothing. I was about to snap any second with what was happening to Ladybug and Lucy.
