Another Werewolf?
“Okay now you have to use your eyes to locate!” I said. “A vampire’s eyes can see at night like most animals.”
“Like Lay and Chanyeol?”
“Yeah, I think. But some vampires like Ace, they use their hearing and senses to hunt.”
“How did you know? I thought your ways were different!!”
“Well I have a friend who happens to be a different type of vampire!”
“Oh Ace, I forgot about him!!”
“You idiot, we were talking two hours ago!!” Ace said as he landed in front of us.
“Correction!” Tao raised his index finger in the air. “We argued two hours ago!”
“What’s the difference? Voiced came out of mouths and that means talking.”
“Yes but-“
“Enough talk.” I cut Tao off. “It’s time to train!!”
“Okay am ready!!” I was about to pound a human but I stopped him.
“That’s not how you do it!!” I said. “You first need to use your senses to located the perfect human. Close you eyes and open your mind, you’ll find the human you need.”
Tao closed his eyes shut. “I don’t feel anything.”
“Just look what I’m going to do. I already located the perfect human, now I distract him, then I will hypnotize him and drink from his arm, after that I will erase his memories and he’ll wake up in a few minutes or so. Simple.” I explained the hunting process.
“Okay, why don’t you drink from his neck? Isn’t that what vampires do?”
“When you want to completely drain human’s blood and kill them then yes. Now watch and learn.” I said. I hid behind a building and read the man’s thoughts, he likes to pick money on the street, especially if they were another currency. “Hm, piece of cake.” I threw an American nickel.
“Hm? What is this?” The man got up and approached the courter.
I stayed in my place and when the time is was right I made some noises making the man look at my direction, in a second he was hypnotized. “When you want to hypnotize you must look deeply into their eyes and you noticed how my eyes glowed, this will hypnotize as well as erase a memory.”
“Nice but why don’t you just go into a house in the dead of the night and drink from a sleeping person?” He asked. Is he dump?
“You can’t because they’re sleeping normally and not hypnotized, so they will wake up and call the police!!”
“Can’t you hypnotize them when they wake up?”
“I … interesting question but I don’t know because I never tried nor was taught something like that.” I said as I pulled the man into the darkness and started pressing against his blood vessels. “What I’m doing now is searching for a good place to suck the blood. To feed you must suck from a human’s arm and not the neck because like I said it will kill them.” When I found the right spot, I suck my fangs into the man’s arm and began sucking the blood.
“Ew~”
When I was done I wiped the blood away from my mouth. “And that’s how you feed. Go a head. Search the spot you like and suck!!”
“No.” He firmly said. “I don’t want to drink any blood from a human.”
“Okay but if you don’t drink human blood then you will die sooner. You need blood to make up for your dried blood. Just like when you needed water to stay alive, now you need blood to stay alive.” I warned. ‘I think it’s better to take a good amount of blood from a wanted criminal. That way I’ll kill him since he’s wanted dead and drain his blood from him.’
“I want to drink blood but …”
“There were many times where I needed blood and drank from you!!” I said.
“WHAT? I don’t remember!!”
“That’s because I erased your memories you silly. This human will never remember that he found money or heard weird noises!” I said. “Now if you want to drink blood drink from him then you can try to hunt your own!”
“Okay fine but how do I do it? Do I suck the blood from my fangs?”
“No, your fangs only open the skin and blood vessel, you just drink it normally.” I said.
Without searching for the perfect spot he immediately insured his tiny fangs, took a sip and spit it out. “THAT’S DISGUSTING!!” He yelled. “Blood taste disgusting!! How do you like it?”
“I don’t know? I was drinking blood since I was a baby so I’m used to it.”
“I don’t want to anymore. Let’s just go home!!” He said as he got up and walked away.
‘Yep, I think I have to do the plan. It’s the best thing for emergencies because I know he’ll drink sooner or later.’ I thought. “Okay wait up!!
At the Dorm~
“We’re back!!” Both Tao and I said in unison.
“Welcome back!!” Sehun said.
“I’ll be going to my room. See you guys later!!” Tao said as he went out of the picture. I did the same.
“You know the kid needs blood to live!!” Said Ace.
I nodded. “I know. I know. I’m gonna hunt a wanted criminal down and drain their blood in a bottle and give it to Tao when it’s needed.”
*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*
Ace quickly hid behind my pillow. “Come in.” I said. The door opened and Luhan was revealed. “Luhan, how may I help you?” I smiled.
He closed the door behind him. “Is it true? That you’re a vampire?”
“What?” How did he know? My vampire senses tells me he’s a human.
“Lay told me.”
“What did he say?” I asked.
“Your real identity. You know he sensed your ability because he’s still a werewolf. I couldn’t because … my magic died.”
“Your magic died?” I was confused. ‘What is he talking about?’
“My magic died because I died. A long time ago I was a werewolf too!!” He announced.
