Jewel Rose Mills is the only daughter of Regina Mills and Daniel and the only good thing to come out of that relationship. After her father had gotten killed by her grandmother, Jewel comes out of hiding and helps her mother plan to avenge her fathe...
Jewel got up the next morning feeling tired and drained from the lack of sleep. She couldn't shake the feeling of someone watching every move she made which sent her brain into overdrive and not allowed her to sleep. She climbed out of bed before straightening up the covers and headed to the bathroom to do her morning routine. Today she was spending it with her mother so she knew she would most likely be in her office all day so she had to dress presentable. With that thought in mind, she quickly did her makeup and blowed dried her hair leaving it to fall naturally past her shoulders before heading to her closet and throwing on the first outfit she sees.

She then left her bedroom after spraying her favorite Victoria Secret perfume (Aqua Kiss) and headed downstairs. Regina was stood in the hallway fixing her coat and Jewel walked behind her untucking some of her hair so it wouldn't get caught.
"I was thinking we could head down to the docks before we head into the office" Regina speaks up and Jewel froze. She hasn't been to the docks since she returned back from the Enchanted Forest as it brings back too many memories of Killian. Sensing her discomfort, Regina sighs and faces her. "I know it must be hard for you going down there, but Archie walks his dog down there every morning and I really need to speak to him"
"Is this about what Emma told us last night?" Jewel asked and Regina nodded. "Can't it wait? Like until he's in his office or something?"
"I'm afraid not. I really need to speak to him" Regina tucks a piece of loose hair behind Jewel's ear. "Besides, we're going to be busy today, this morning is our only chance"
Jewel knowing she couldn't change her mother's mind, nodded and headed out of the door of their shared house. Regina locked up and like last night, they linked hands and headed for the direction of the docks. Jewel tried not to show how much this was affecting her but she knew she wasn't fooling anyone. Half of her hoped to see Killian standing there on his ship yelling out 'SURPRISE' and the other half hoped he wasn't there because facing him right now would be the worst thing ever.
They reached the docks and like Regina said, they saw Archie walking towards them with a grin on his face and his dog Pongo, by his side. He noticed them and walked faster towards them.
"Beautiful day isn't?" He asked stopping in front of them both.
"Why should I answer you bug?" Replied Regina glaring at Archie.
Archie looked stumped for a moment. "Well, because I'm making friendly conversation"
"That you'll just repeat to anyone with an ear" Jewel sassed back before quickly closing her mouth. What had gotten into her the past few days? Where have all these comments come from?
Archie looked confused so Regina being Regina, decided to elaborate for him since Jewel made no sign of opening her mouth to explain. "You told Miss Swan about our sessions."
A look of recognition flashed across Archie's face and the two females knew they had him. He let out a breath and Jewel could see a small smile playing on his lips.
"I was simply trying to help you -- help you both"
Jewel snorted and rolled her eyes. "We don't need help, Cricket"
Regina held up her hand and Jewel knew that this was to silence her. She watched as her mother's eyes narrowed in disbelief as she stared at the bug in front of them.
"By betraying our trust?" Regina asked.
"I mentioned only that you had come to see me as an example of your commitment to change"
"We came to you in confidence! How are we supposed to prove to people we've changed when you're there to chirp in their ears and remind them of our past!" Jewel asks her voice breaking slightly. She couldn't believe Archie, he is making it harder for her and her mother to prove to people that they have changed.
"I said nothing specific, I would never betray the doctor-patient confidentiality"
Jewel scoffed and looked around spotting Ruby jogging up to them. She tried to warn Regina but Regina was focusing her attention on Archie.
Regina raised her eyebrows. "Doctor? Doctor. Need I remind you, you got your Ph.D. from a curse!"
"Calm down" Coughed Jewel as Ruby stopped in front of them. "Hey, Ruby!"
"Hey Jewel" Ruby breathed glancing at the three of them. "Is everything okay?"
"Private conversation, go take yourself for a walk" Sassed Regina and Ruby glared at her before glancing at Archie who nodded reassuringly. She glared at Regina and Jewel as she ran off again.
"Wait, I get it! Go take yourself for a walk because she's a wolf and wolves are like dogs...Hahaha, genius- I'll stop now" Jewel shrunk back from the look her mother was giving her. She had to admit though, her mother's comeback was awesome.
Archie watched Ruby jog off again before facing Regina. "I can be trusted. I assure you both"
Regina looked deep in thought so Jewel folded her arms and swallowed thicky. "You're lucky we've changed"
With that, she grabbed her mother's arm before dragging her off in the direction of the office. Little did they both know that two people were watching them and them two people were about to make things difficult for them.
