As soon as she came she asked a stupid questions that Dalton really didn't want to answer.

"What happened here?!" Nurse Aphelia asked look at the scene of the half naked boy on the floor holding his pack and the crying bleeding boy by the wall.

"Okay so, I kind of punched Lance in the face and stomach then kicked him in the balls." Dalton explained

"That is quite inappropriate!" she scoffed in her shrill strict nun voice.

"You know what's inappropriate, Nurse. That Lance smashed my boyfriend up against a wall then threw him to his knees whilst stabbing him with a knife and shoving his dick into Cole's mouth as he watched him cry in the middle of school. I think I win. Now, Help!" Dalton yelled looking at Cole on the ground.

The nurse look at him in shock then at Lance in complete and utter disgust. She dove into action but Cole was to afraid to have anyone but Dalton touch him.

"Cole, it's okay," Dalton said to reassure him. Cole extended his injured limbs.

The nurse tended to the wound on his left hand, wrapping it in a thin gauze.

Cole began to explain through the pain of the anti-septics and bleeding body.

"He said he wanted to make it memorable and marked me."

Dalton curled fingers with Cole's left hand and looked at Lance ready to pounce. Cole tried to put the same intensity into the hand holding but it was still weak.

Dalton moved his hand to Cole's neck which made him hiss, distracting the nurse from his other arm.

Dalton and Nurse Aphelia examined all his bruises then moved on but Dalton ghosted his hand over Cole's tummy causing him to scream.

Nurse Aphelia was trying to clean off Cole's right arm and Dalton was cleaning his face.

"What!" Dalton said worried about what he just did. He pulled up Cole's shirt to see the long vertical slash coaxing his abdomen.

"Holy shit!" Dalton said, drawing nurse Aphelia attention away from the arm.

They both began work stitching his arm and stomach up. Aphelia stopped on his arm and took mending his stomach while she told Dalton to call the main office for the principle and a another nurse.

Cole started blinking oddly and shaking his head and swaying until he just passed out.

"Oh my god! He's lost too much blood; he's going off." Nurse Aphelia screamed as Dalton finished off his call, crying.

Cole's grip around Dalton's fingers grew almost tighter like he was still holding on to something, something more.

Dalton moved over to wrap Cole in him. Tears streaming down his face.

"Cole, you have to stay with me. You have to stay with me. Don't quit on me, please! I need you! Cole. I...I love you! Please, Cole. Please!" Dalton began frantically crying on Cole's shoulder as he held him.

Nurse Aphelia could help but feel terrible as she looked at Dalton, in this, his most fragile state. She quickly finished sewing up everything, not noticing that the principle had been stand behind her for a while.

Dalton stared a Cole's face, quietly caressing his face and hair then going down to kiss him with all the rest of his emotions. As he kissed lightly he felt one single tear roll down his face and fall on to his love's face.

He moved away and put the two latex brand healing patches on Cole's stitches.

Principle Rickter stepped forward and put his hand on Dalton shoulder. They all just stared blankly at Cole's non- breathing body on the floor for a couple minutes.
