I lean in and kiss him. Softly not too hard. I'm surprised when he kisses back. We pull apart. "Leo we have to get back to your place. Your mum wants some explanations." "Oh crap right." He says then jumps off the swing, grabs my hand, starts to rush off towards his house.
Leo's POV
As we get closer to my house we start to slow down and catch our breath. "Charlie what do you think my mum will think of us?" I ask him quietly. He smiles at me and says "I have a feeling she won't mind and neither will Matilda." He grabs my hand and pulls me towards my house. Charlie opens the door and says "I found him!" My mum comes in and hugs me and says "Thank the heavens you found him, Charlie!" I start to blush because my mum is embarrassing me in front of Charlie. I smile and say sarcastically "Mum stop your embarrassing me!" She smiles and says "So I want an explanation about that kiss of yours." "Hold on, Victoria may I ask you a question in the other room?" My mum smiles and nods her head.
Charlie's POV
"I really like your son Victoria and I'm guessing you probably already knew that, but I would like it if I had your consent to date your son," I said in a confident tone. "Charlie I would be delighted if you dated Leo," Victoria said with a smile. I hugged her and said happily "Thank you, thank you so much Victoria!" We both walk into the living room. I see Leo talking to Matilda. He's smiling, I love his smile it can brighten up any room.
