Chapter1: First Day

I woke up as soon as nag ingay ang alarm clock ko. I just noticed na first day of school pala bukas. They need to drop me off to my new school. Since my parents worked out all of the preparations needed so chill na lang ako. I don't even know kung saan nila ako pinasok. Maybe sa isang medical based academy nila ako ipapasok this First Year. They wanted me to be a medic of some sort since we are peacefully living here on Earth. They do not allow me to use any magic. And honestly d ko Alam kung anong particular ability na kaya ko. Ang Alam ko lang is that I can cast spells. Sabi nila I will be occupying a dorm there. I took a bath. After that I combed my blue hair na abot hanggang baga ang haba. I looked at the mirror and face myself. Hmm... The uniform matched my blue colored hair. Simple lang naman ang uniform. White colored polo shirt and a blue colored palda na above the knee ang haba. Then I just notice the color of my eyes, I never thought it was this bright in nature. Yellow is the color of my eyes. As soon as I fixed my things pumunta na ako sa sasakyan ni papa.
            Nagsimula ng magdrive si papa. All along the way tahimik lang kami.
             "Dear, you will enter Sky High Magic Academy," finally nagsalita din si mama. Wait what? Sa magic academy ako papasok this year? "Wait, did I hear it clear?" I asks. "Yes, dear don't make me repeat myself," sagot ni mama. "And since pinayagan ka na naming mag-aral sa magic school I trust you there. Behave well there Sapphire,"wika ni papa. Papa always call me Sapphire. Yes, Sapphire is my second name but I preferred to be called on my first name,Skyler. Only my mom and dad calls me Sapphire.
            "Sapphire, another thing you need to know, we changed you family name so that less attention will be drawn to you. I know you're not good at socializing," Father started another topic."Is it just for less attention or is there something else?" I asks. "Dear Sapphire you're father and I are famous back then. But it is not just for less attention it is also for your safety. Do you understand?"sagot ni mama. "I understand, what was it?" I asks. "Grimmoire," sagot ni papa.
           At last after 4 hours we arrived at the school's gate. At first it seems no one is there at that place. But this gate is nothing more than just a portal. A portal to Magixia. The gate seems old and mysterious from the outside. A stripped metal gate with a simbol of a dragon at the center that serves as the lock. Beyond those gates came a view of a garden filled flowers and butterflies.
"Magixia!"father exclaims. Then the gate opens. We entered the gate. As soon as we reached the side next to the gate, the view changed. From a crowdless vacant area into a non vacated area filled with students. We're in our uniform although it's Saturday. I looked back to where mom and dad are then nagulat ako ng nakita ko silang nakasuot ng cloak. Bakit kaya nakacloak sila? We headed directly to the headmisstress' office.

Headmistress' office.

Pumasok na kami sa loob. The headmistress is on her seat. "It seems you finally decided to enroll her here,"sabi ng headmistress. "Seems it is,"Mom replied. "What's your name, dear?"tanong ni headmistress. "Skyler Grimmoire," sagot ko. "You did manage to change her surname ey,"sabi niya. "It's for her own good,"Father explained. "Well then dear. Ms. Era will lead you to your room. We still have some things to discuss,"sabi niya kaya sumunod na lang ako dun aa babaeng tinawag niyang Ms. Era. Hinatid niya ako sa isang room. "Ang sabi ni headmistress dito ang room mo," sabi ni Ms. Era sabay ngiti. "Thanks," sagot ko. Umalis na siya.
           Ano naman kaya ang gagawin ko dito? As of now I'm not sure if spell chanting second attribute ko. I decided na maglakad-lakad muna. Paglabas ko may nakabangga ako.
          "Oops... Sorry, sorry, sorry," sabi ng babaeng nakabangga ko. "Ayos lang I'm fine. Sorry din," sagot ko. "New student ka ba dito? Hindi kasi kita nakita dito when I was in elementary,"tanong niya. "Uhm... Yes, I'm a new student here,"sagot ko. "Well then, I'm Allison Rosales. Full fledge wizard by blood. And a lightning elementalist by will. Nice meeting you,"pakilala niya. "Uhm... Skyler Grimmoire.Half- wizard, Half-dragon by blood. Spell enchantress by will?" I hesitate when I said my second attribute. "You're not sure if you're a spell enchantress?" She asks. "No,"I replied. "Well then what are you planning to do now?" She asks. "I'm gonna go around the school, wanna come?" She added. "Uhm... Sure,"sagot ko.
           May nakasalubong kami sa hallway papunta sana kaming cafeteria.
            "Hey bitch sino na naman yang kasama mo? Just another weakling," insulto ng babae. "We don't need your insults, Janella,"sabi ni Allison. We decided to continue walking pero hinarangan kami ng mga lalaking kasama niya. "Uhm... Sorry but we do mean no mess," sabi ko. "Shut the fuck up! Its time for some pain,"sagot nung Janella. "Hindi toh maganda,"sabi ni Allison. I smell something bad will happened.
         "Dream of vision. Dream of sight. May there be darkness, May there be no light,"I whisper under my breath.
            After a few minutes biglang kumalat ang maitim na usok pero agad namang nawala. Then after that hindi na kami nila makita. Allison attempted to speak but I signalled her to keep quiet.
          "San na ang mga yun?"tanong nung lalaking kasama niya. "Let them be siguradong tumakas na amg mga yun. May araw din sila satin. Let's go boys! They won't get away next time. " Sabi ni Janella. Yun na nga umalis na sila. Buti naman. Haysss...
