Chapter 10: Unexpected Visitors

And for the whole day all classes are cancelled. I wonder what is happening. Sunod-sunod ang mga pag-atake ngayung araw. Monsters can pass through the barrier of the school. How is that possible? Ang daming nasaktan sa line up ng the guardians. Sam, Sammy, Xavier, Sophia,Aneecka,Vincent, Christopher,Keanne,and I are all fine. Aquacia, Jasmine, and, Skyler are still in the infirmary. Although Aquacia and Jasmine already gain consciousness the nurse wants them to stay in the infirmary to monitor their conditions. Skyler is still unconscious.

The sun already leaves the horizon.
I went to The Guardians quarter.

They're all asleep now. Maaga pa naman ha. 9:00 pa lang antahimik na dito.

Napasya akong matulog na rin. Pumasok na ako sa kwarto ko. Before ako natutulog  I always check up auras in the surrounding if there's any suspicious. I suddenly feel a strong magical aura.

What was that? It makes me feel goose bumps.

I opened the door and Keanne is outside my door.

"Naramdaman mo rin yun diba?"tanong niya. "Oo"sagot ko. Lumabas kami ng quarters. Habang nasa hallway kami may kung ano ang nahulog from above.

It's...Christopher?

"Christopher!"sigaw namin sabay takbo papunta sa kanya. "You guys,still awake?"he asks while we are helping him stand. "So are you,"sagot ko. "What monster this time?" Keanne asks. "I don't know. It looks like a firefang but it can use ice magic,"Christopher explained.

A firefang is a wolf like creature that has fire magic capabilities. But a firefang with ice magic capabilities??? I haven't saw one, which is impossible.

We went outside and meet that creature.

I slash it with my guardian sword, Wind Slasher. Christopher did the same with Flarebright as the weapon. Keanne slice it with his war axe, Rockbreaker. But then it  suddenly turns into four.

"What the hell is this?"biglang sabi ni Keanne.

"Keanne, any idea?"tanong ko. "Tumahimik ka nga muna nag-iisip ako,"sabi niya.

"We will just defend we cannot slice them with our sword nor use our magic to fight against them so that they won't multiply fast,"Christopher commanded.

Keanne

What pattern could it be? Fire and Ice ? Fire at ice... Arghhh... Mix sila dalawa apoy at dalawa yelo.
Could it be? I'm not sure about this. Fire is to ice. Ice is to fire. No but Chester's a wind elementalist.

We are still defending ourselves. Chester has his wind barrier on, Christopher with his fire barrier active and me with my earth barrier.

"Ke,idea?"sabi ni Chester. "Teka ito na Ches, Chris,humanda kayo,"utos ko. "I will make a pit slice those into pieces, tiny pieces. Fast and furious then drop it all it the pit," I instructed.

I hit the ground as hard as I can to make a pit. Rockbreaker let's go.

Christopher

I ready myself with Flarebright in hand. I unleashed Flarebright's attribute, Molten Bullet. Just like Shockblade's attribute. I shoot my gun sword on those creatures and dump it on the pit.

Chester made his move and unleashed Wind Slasher's attribute, blades of a thousand winds. The air current gone thin and winds form in the shape of blades starts shooting the beasts and drop them on Keanne's pit.

I look at Keanne, I bet he's going to unleash Rockbreaker's attribute, Bury.

Then a few moments later. The earth began to tremble. I managed to maintain my balance. The pit is now covered with soil and there's no signs of the creatures.
