Chapter5: Meet 'The Guardians'

"Tara, sumakay ka,"yaya ni Chester. "Ah...eh... Wag na lang siguro,"sagot ko. Takot ako sa matataas eh. "Afraid of heights?"sabi niya. Aba manghuhula rin pala ang isang to. "Oo eh,"sagot ko. "Don't worry hindi tayu lilipad. Ipagpalagay na lang nating sasakay tayu sa kabayo,"sabi niya sabay abot ng kamay niya. And so sumakay na nga ako kay Hero. Nagsimula na ngang maglakad si Hero. "Humawak ka ng mabuti bibilisan natin ng konti. As we pass by more students draw their eyes on us. And I'm not comfortable with it. Sa wakas nakarating na rin kami sa office.

Headmistress' Office

Bumaba si Chester sa kay Hero saka tinulungan akong bumaba. Pagpasok sa loob hindi lang ang headmistress ang nasa loob kundi pati na rin ang 'The Guardians' Bigla tuloy akong kinabahan. "Ayos lang magpapakilala lang naman kami,"sabi ni Chester na nakangiti. "Skyler, dear andito ka na. So how's the school? Did you manage to roam around?"tanong ni headmistress. "Ayos naman po,"sagot ko. "Please take a sit," sabi ni headmistress. Umupo naman ako  malapit sa table habang yung iba nasa sofa sa may corner ng room. "I knew you're wondering why I call you here. The Guardians will introduce themselves to you,"sabi ni headmistress. I simply nod as a reply. "But before magpakilala ang mga Guardians I'll explain to you all about the guardians. The Guardians role is to  stabilized things here on Magic World namely; earth,fire,wind,water, lightning,ice,metal,plants, light,dark,gravity, and beasts. The Twelve Guardians have a responsibility in balancing and stabilizing these factors. Bawat guardian ay kailangan taglayin ang tinatawag na guardians blessing. Ang guardians blessimg ay siyang nagpapatatag ng connection between the guardian and the choosen attribute. And since ikaw na ngayun ang may hawak ng twelfth position which obtain the attribute of the beasts you need to seek for the blessing of the beasts. And since the eleven before you already obtained their blessings they decided to help you. At isa pa para makontrol na ang mga pagwawala at mga pag-atake ng mga ito they need a guardian,"paliwanag ni headmistress.

Kaya pala every year d maiiwasan ang mga pag -atake ng iba't ibang mga beasts na to. I want to know more about these creatures. At isa pa pag naging guardian na nila ako mayroon ng magpoprotekta sa kanila. Wala naman sigurong mawawala kung susubukan ko .

"If I had it the attacks of these creatures will stop?"tanong ko. "No dear it's not that simple but these incidents might lessen. These creatures need a guardian. I will leave you this question. Will you accept it or leave it behind? I'll have your answer by tomorrow,"sabi ni headmistress. "No, need to wait for tomorrow I have my answer,"sabi ko. "What is it dear?" Tanong ni headmistress. Kitang kita na inabangan din ng the guardians ang sagot ko. "I will hold the twelfth position and be the creatures guardian,"sagot ko. I heard some sigh of relief as well as sigh of disappointment  from the the guardians. It seems I'm not welcome to all of them. Hindi ko naman sila masisisi kasi bigla lang along dumating dito at nagging guardian na agad. And worst wala pa ako masyadong nalalaman from this world kasi I was born on Earth. "Well then dear, the guardians will introduce themselves,"sabi ni headmistress.
           Then naghanda na sila to introduce theirselves.

"Prince Christopher Fuego of the Fire Kingdom. Guardian of the Fire. First ranker."pakilala ng isang lalaki na may orange na buhok, malakulay apoy ang mga mata at mukang seryosong tao.

"Princess Anecka Amber of the Metal Kingdom. Guardian of the Metal. Second ranker,"pakilala ng babaeng hanggang balikat ang buhok na kulay puti.

"Prince Vincent Velares of the Lightning Kingdom. Guardian of the Lightning. Third Ranker,"pakilala nung lalaki na nasa corner na may kulay dilaw na buhok.

"Princess Sophia Jaine of the Ice Kingdom. Guardian of the Ice. Fourth Ranker,"pakilala ng babaeng may kulay light blue na buhok sa tabi ni Sophia.

"Prince Keanne Cristobal of the Earth Kingdom. Guardian of the Earth. Fifth Ranker," pakilala nung lalaki sa corner katabi ni Chester. Kulay brown naman yung buhok niya.

"Prince Sammuel Vernon of Eclipcia. Guardian of Dark. Sixth Ranker,"pakilala ng isang lalaki na may itim na buhok ngunit may strips ng kulay puti.

"Princess Samantha Vernon of Eclipcia. Guardian of Light. Seventh Ranker," pakilala ng babaeng puti with strips of black yung buhok. Kambal ata sila nung Sammuel.

"Princess Aquacia Caitleeyah of Water Kingdom. Guardian of Water. Eight Ranker,"pakilala ng babaeng kulay aqua blue yung buhok.

"Princess Jasmine Cameron of Plantacia. Guardian of Plants. Ninth Guardian,"pakikaka nung babaeng kukay green ang buhok.

"Alpha Heir Xavier Axel of the Were Kingdom. Tenth Guardian," pakilala ng lalaki na may kulay crimson na buhok.

"Prince Chester Valor of the Wind Kingdom. Eleventh Ranker,"sabi ni Chester sabay wink sakin.

"It's your turn introduce yourself,"sabi ni headmistress. Patay anong sasabihin ko? I guess normal introduction na lang. Iba kasi identity ko dito. Mas mabuti ng itago ko muna.

"Skyler Grimmoire. Guardian of the Beasts,"pakilala ko.

"Now that you formally met each other you may have your own time free. This coming Friday afternoon you'll be excuse to your classes in order to seek the guardians blessing of the beasts"sabi ni headmistress.

We vacated the office. Paglabas namin nilapitan ako nung kambal. "Hi, call me Sammy," sabi ni Sammuel. "Hi, tawagin mo naman akong Sam," sabi naman ni Samantha. "Hi din pwede niyo akong tawaging Skyler," sagot ko. "Eh Sky na lang kaya pwede?"magiliw na sabi ni Sam. "OK lang naman,"sagot ko. "Balita namin spell enchantress ka, totoo ba?"tanong ni Sammy. "Oo,bakit?"sabi ko. "Oh gosh so you're the first enchantress here,"excited na sabi ni Sammy. "Wala ba talagang enchanters dito maliban sakin?"tanong ko. "Wala, wala talaga,"Sam replied.

I realized that most of the members of the guardians are from Royal Family. I guess I really need to adjust myself here.
