Dory: but really, go..go talk to him
Marlin:..he seems pretty mad
Dory: well go make him un mad
Marlin: (laughs) I'll try my best, thanks again Dory
Dory: anytime ol friend..now..what was I doing before?
Destiny: dory! Dory!
Dory: huh what?
Destiny: come on we gotta finish our game!
Dory: oh yeah that's right the game!
Bailey: they're catching up! You better swim faster!
(They all swim away from being chased by the turtles and cut to Marlin swimming around trying to find nemo)
Marlin: Nemo! Nemo!
(Against his better judgement..he goes to the dropoff)
Marlin: Nemo! There you are! What'd you doing out here?
Nemo: I'm not swimming out or anything  I was just looking out..
Marlin: Nemo..I'm..
Nemo: dad why would you go to my teacher? I told you I was fine not doing it
Marlin: it doesn't seem right, you shouldn't be left out just because your mom...isn't here
Nemo: I wish I could tell them what she was like...but I don't even know myself, you won't even tell me
Marlin: oh Nemo, it's not that-
Nemo: dad..I think I'm old enough now...I want to know
Marlin: what do you want to know?
Nemo: everything...what she was like? How you two met? Everything, don't I deserve to know my own mom?
Marlin: (hesitates) yes, you do, let's go home...and I'll tell you everything
Nemo: and don't leave anything out
Marlin: don't worry I won't...we'll..it all started when I saw her
(Flashback)
(Marlin is a young teenager...swimming carelessly through the ocean laughing along with his friends and then he caught of coral..so beautiful..his eyes was locked on her..and then he slammed into a rock)
Marlin: ow..(sees her and swims to catch up with her) excuse me
Coral: um..yes?
Marlin: forgive me but you made me slam into that rock there see?
Coral: I'm sorry?
Marlin: I have a head injury
Coral: oh well um..I'm sorry..for..whatever it was I did
Marlin: it's not entirely your fault...I couldn't get over how beautiful you looked
Coral: oh um..(starts to smile) well thank you I should get going (starts to swim away)
Marlin: wait uh miss?
Coral: yes?
Marlin: could you check for a fish hook? I think one got lodged in my mouth when I slammed into that rock
Coral: uh sure..(she looks and as she does Marlin tries to kiss her) what are you doing?!
Marlin: I'm trying to kiss you
Coral: what? I don't even know you
Marlin: but I want to, go out with me sometime?
Coral: no thanks I'm good
Marlin: (teases) aw come on, don't be that way miss
Coral: please don't call me miss
Marlin: well tell me your name and I won't have to
Coral: it's coral
Marlin: beautiful name
Coral: thanks...
Marlin: alright now give me one
Coral: what?
Marlin: I told you something nice, now you tell me something
Coral: ok well...I guess..you're not as bad as I thought
Marlin: how come I've never seen you around before?
Coral: I'm not big on the whole ocean view
Marlin: what? Look around! The view is everything! I know a great view..
Coral: thanks but I'll have to pass on that
Marlin: ah come on now venture with me!
Coral: I don't even know you
Marlin: well I'm Marlin, there now you know me
Coral: (laughs) I might know your name but I don't know if you'll lure me to my death or not
Marlin: but life is full of risks, I can assure you I'll keep you safe
Coral: if I see this "lovely" view will you leave me alone?
Marlin: what if you end up liking me?
Coral: I doubt that very much
Marlin: anything can happen
Coral: nothing will, just take me to see the view
Marlin: you can't go on it with that attitude, you won't enjoy it close your eyes
Coral: I don't know about this..
Marlin: trust me..I got you
Coral: (sighs) alright (closes her eyes)
Marlin: keep them closed
Coral: alright...
(He guides her to a quiet part of the ocean where the sunlight shines through the water...the beautiful view)
Marlin: ok, open them
Coral: (opens them and her mouth drops) wow..this..is very nice, I've never seen this part of Hawaii
Marlin: (smiles) what'd I tell you?
Coral: I could stay here all day! It's beautiful!
Marlin: but not as beautiful as you
(They both look at each other and share a smile)
Coral: you know Marlin..you're not too bad
Marlin: so we were both right then? I want to get to know you, I really do
Coral: well..we have all the time in the world..(smiles)
(End of flashback)
Nemo: you lived in Hawaii?!
Marlin: yes, I never told you?
Nemo: no! Hawaii! That's the most beautiful place! Why did you move here?!
Marlin: because we both wanted to move somewhere where we could have a family
Nemo: (goes silent) how long were you together for?
Marlin: a long time..I can't even remember the exact time
Nemo: how did you know she was the one?
Marlin: because...I knew I could never be without her
Nemo: Dad..is that why you haven't met anyone else?
Marlin: well..that's part of it..but I guess it's true..no one can replace your mom..she was really something special
Nemo: but Dad..I want you to be happy
Marlin: I already am son (smiles) I have you, dory, hank, destiny, bailey, dorys parents, crush, heck even the sharks! We're all a family, but everytime I look at you, I see her in you all the time
Nemo: was I really like her?
Marlin: you've always been

I've always wanted to know how Marlin and Coral met! And there you go! I couldn't really pick it up from the first movie. So now that Nemo knows the truth, will Marlin finally be able to move on? Stay tuned!
