One breath at a time I know what I'm doing. I can do this, its just a test. I walk into the room with my heart pounding as the cold air hits my face i relax, my heart slows down. I reach to my shoulder to pull my bag off and sit in the cold chair, i get goose bumps.
Eli. Eli sits next to me. Eli sits next to me? Why? Eli is the schools nerd,he likes to sit in the front, not the back? i look over at him and giving him a questioning look. he slowly looks up at me.
" I'm so sorry Sasha! ill move." He says shaking, and starts to get up.
" Hey. no worries, its just for a test. you don't have to move." I say
He stops and looks at me and sighs with relief. he sits down and smiles,so i smile back. the test woman walks in. test woman? volunteer? teacher? what ever. any way she writes her name on the board 'Mrs. Tealson' Wow what a name... my name is Sasha Knealson. pronounced like Nealson, yea i know its weird. That's what my mother married into. She writes our first challenge on the board when her hand shakes, and that noise like nails on the chalkboard echoes rough the tiny pocket room, (some people call them portables. but our school split the portables in to 3 pockets, so we call them pocket rooms.) they are 18 metres by 10 metres. Enough for 6 small desks and 7 chairs.
"Eli Floid your first."
"Do I have to do this because i think i shouldn't have to do this?" he shows a fake smile. his teeth are so white but his retainer sticks out and ruins it.
" Just go Eli before i punch you in the face! Again!" i yell.
This smile vanishes in less than a second.
" No you won't, you just want me to go! so fine i'll go." he says
He looks up at me with a smirk. what he thinks I won't? ha!
"Because you wouldn't..."
"Stop that. you little brat, just do your challenge."
"Fine." He says
"6."
"green!"
"red and white!"
"Your very good. My mind reading was not that fast until i was 26, you are remarkable. you got every question right." Mrs.Tealson says.
"Thank you Mrs.Tealson, but,when you read the questions the first time i heard it, so it was no challenge." Eli says with a superior voice.
"Yea, yea my turn." I say
I walk up to the front with a smile filled with confidence. i turn. To face Eli who is looking right me.
Ok Sasha breath. Eli is such a brat no wonder he has no friends, no wonder he's the nerd, no wonder why he always gets beat up! I feel the anger brewing inside me, this is not good.before i knew it Eli had gone flying. no i didn't! damn it. now i gotta bring him back. i hate my 'gift' teleportation its really hard to control, when you can't focus, but he brought this on himself, didn't he? God why me.
"What happened to Eli?" She asks
I don't respond.
"Hello? Sasha, where is he." She says sounding worried.
"Uhh..." I can't believe i just did that.
Sasha what did you do?why are you still standing here? FIND HIM! How can I find him, he doesn't have a tracker on him. i snap out of my daze and look at Mrs.Tealson who is now pacing like its the end of the world. i can bring him back, all i have to do is imagine him and i can see him, where he is at least.
"SASHA ANSWER ME NOW! WHERE THE HECK IS ELI!
"well, i can't focus on trying to finding him WHEN YOUR YELLING AT ME!" I snap at her
"Sasha. bring. him. back. or I'm calling the cops."
"SHUT UP OLD LADY! IF YOU WANT HIM BACK YOU NEED TO SHUT! UP!" I say
The room gets quiet and i focus on Eli. i start to see something black hair, green eyes, tan skin, blue and black sweater vest, black cargo pants and red high tops. that was what he was wearing, i think. i start to feel something, its not pleasant, it's hot, i hear screaming. The image is getting clear. red, i see blood lots of blood. Pain i feel pain burning,i see him he's in a volcano his feet are on a ledge i think the lava is getting higher as the time passed. i think that my location depends on my mood. i was getting hot and that was because i was angry that's why he's in the volcano. i need to get him out. i breath slowly so that i can get him back here. I don't want to face him when he gets here. well here it goes.
