Chapter 45- Proposal

Travis's POV

I'm freaking the fuck out! Okay everything has to be perfect or I'm throwing myself off the cliff, I'm taking Zane to the same spot where we first kissed. I had a panic attack before this so I think I'm good now, Zane's the one driving so I have time to recollect my thoughts and try to calm myself down. He playing music loudly on the radio singing obnoxiously, it's the usual.

"I CANT HELP BUT TO HEAR-"

"Why do you sing so loudly Zane?"

"Don't judge!" He turns it up even louder, I shouldn't even speak.

We arrive and start hiking, whenever we crept closer to the top I start freaking out even more, the time is almost here and I'm trying not to have a panic attack. We arrive a bit early at the top and I wanted to wait until sunset, just like how our first kiss went.

"Do you think I can climb that tree?" I point over to a pretty small tree compared to the others. To be honest I'm trying to stall for a while.

"Your going to fall and die"

"I'll take my chances Mr. Negative" I start climbing while Zane watches from below telling me constantly I'm going to fall.

"I'll be fine-" never mind... I did fall but Zane caught me just in time.

"I fucking told you, you piece of shit" I should really listen to him, he knows best, without him I'd probably be dead. We sit down on the grass for a while looking as the sun was setting illuminating the sky with many beautiful colors. Okay Travis you can do this... no you can't just jump off the cliff while he's not looking, that's a bad idea. I stand up and dust my butt off and fix my hair while taking a small breather. Zane wraps his arms around my waist and hugs me from behind placing his chin on my shoulder. I look over at the trees, there like perfectly shaped triangles... illuminati confirmed.

"I love you"

"I love you too"

He lets me go and I look down at the town to relieve my nerves.

"Hey Travis" Zane calls my name from behind so I turn around and to my surprise I see him down on one knee holding a box with a beautiful Dimond ring. I felt like crying, I couldn't form any words.

"Travis Valkrum you make me so happy, will you make me even happier by marrying me?"

"Yes, yes, yes!" He stands up and brings me in for a hug, I started crying, happiness of course.

"Don't cry..." he runs his fingers through my hair and I kiss him... I felt so overwhelmed, so happy. He slips the ring on my finger get and I examine it... it's better than mine...

"Well... I guess we both had the same idea..." I take my box out of my pocket and Zane chuckles. I give him my ring and we pull each other in for a passionate kiss not Caring that there's another couple watching us... creeps. We sit down on the grass for another while and he played with my hair, never thought this would happen.

"Zane it's getting Dark we should go"

"But... I'm lazy"

"Well what do you want me to do, carry you?" And that's what we I did, all the way down, no breaks. By the time we reached the bottom I was sweating like a fucking animal and my arms hurt, Zane just laughed at my pain. Of course after our fucking engagement we went to heaven... Olive Garden and ran into Gene, Laurence, and Garroth... yeah we got kicked out, thanks Zane. It also turns out Zane had more beef with Gene then I thought, it was very amusing and I didn't stop it like I normally do. So after that whole dilemma we got a two whole carton of ice cream and fucking pizza and ate all of it while Netflix and chilling... mostly chilling if you know what I mean.... yeah I'm still the bottom of your wondering, rarely do I get to top.
