Chapter 61- The Truth

A/N- IM FREAKING OUT ABOUT THE NEW EPISODE IM COUNTING THAT AS A ZANVIS MOMENT. I love Travis and Zane having a love hate relationship.

Travis's POV

He hands me my ring back and I gladly put it back on, he puts ok his and we Both smile at each other. It feels good to put this on again, since I was pretty drained from crying I didn't want to stand up so Zane carried me home with him. You can probably guess what happened that night. The next morning I leave early to go back to dad to tell him the news, I was a bit nervous and anxious to see his reaction. I sit him down and he immediately picks up that I have something to tell him. Before I can say anything he points out the ring on my finger and smiles giving me a huge hug.

"You finally tied the knot with Katelyn!" He's going to kill me, I pull away and take a deep breath.

"Actually no... not with Katelyn" he looked confused and raised an eyebrow.

"Look dad I've been lying to you this whole time I've actually been engaged for about a year now..."

"YOU WHAT?!"

"Umm... we just had a bit of problems for a while and that kind of sparked this whole mess... yeah I'm not dating Katelyn at all cause I'm-"

"He's gay" I hear a familiar voice in the background, I turn around and there stands Zane with Katelyn by his side.

"NO IM NOT GAY! Ugh, Dad this is my fiancé... Zane" Dad when from confused to happy and they introduced themselves to each other. Okay I'm glad I got all of that off of my chest.

"Well why didn't you just tell me that in the first place Travis?" Dad asks... oh crap.

"Yeah Travis, you always brag about how smart you are, why haven't you thought of that?" Zane adds, wow thanks.

"Look I was under pressure at that time okay"

"Aka you don't have a brain"

"I like him" says dad, glad he does.

"So I guess my dream of having grandchildren will never come true" Dad sighs as lays his head back.

"Oh you will, just adopted"

"Oh no way!" Zane dislikes children since he's really bad with them.

"Not ready to take care of a child and you" I roll my eyes as my dad chuckles.

"Oh come on I want kids!"

"But I don't! I like my freedom"

"You'll still have your freedom"

"Anyways what last name are you two going with anyways?" Dad interrupts.

"Valkrum"

"Ro'meave" we both look at each other, he nods his head no and I nod my head yes.

"We're going with Ro'meave and that's that!"

"Why Ro'meave?"

"Because I want to stay a Ro'meave plus I proposed first! Garroth became a Zvahl and Vyald became whatever the fuck Dante's last name is, I will stay as a Ro'meave!"

"No way!"

"Yes way!" This just turned into a huge argument in front of Katelyn and Dad. They both watch us go at each others throats as we're flinging our arms around and yelling.

"Ugh okay look, if we use your last name then can we have kids?"

"Fuck no!"

"Then no"

"Oh come on!"

"It's either kids or your last name"

"Fine... well have fucking kids in about 2 years form now, that's the only exception I'm making"

"That's fine by me!" Now we both get what we want, fucking finally.

"It was just getting good!" Exclaims Katelyn getting up from the couch and going into her room, Dad shrugs and goes into his own room. I look at Zane and he grabs my hand, he places his head on my shoulder and whispers "you remembered how you wanted to wear a hula skirt and show off your legs?"

"Yeah it was just yesterday and it's on my list"

"I'll allow it"

"Really?!"

"No I just fucking said it so I can say no again, of course"

"YAY!" I scream like a little girl and tackle him to the ground, he bangs his head hard on the coffee table and doesn't open his eyes or move once we fully hit the ground.

"Babe" I slap his face, he doesn't react.

"Babe!" Did I kill him? I poke his face and do everything that's would usually annoy him... nothing. I think I actually killed him...
