People really don't judge you for having nightmares they either feel sorry for you or just curious about what horrors are beyond your own eyelids. I refuse to talk about that nightmares. It signals shivers down my spine just thinking about it. I feel so embarrassed of having Janessa technically break into our cabin to calm me down, but that usually happens; one of us has something happen to each other is always there for each other.
I started to look for Janessa at her usual Poseidon table but couldn't find her. Anxiety settles in like a caged animal that wants to be set free. "Jenny, have you seen Janessa?" I pleaded to her. "I saw her this morning but that's all!" she whimpered. I could tell that she was as worried as I was about her but I just smiled and thanked her and returned to my Apollo table. The Apollo campers were almost always talking, singing, playing the instruments, or laughing. I feel excluded from their blonde hair, brown eyes posse. I share all their qualities including: singing -people say I'm good at it but I really don't take their word for it-, instrument playing, and medical. Some people say that I got some of his sister's quirks like archery. I have the best archery score in all camp-not to brag or anything-I don't see it much as a competition though.
I mentally gave myself a face-palm when I found her at the lake. "Janessa! Thank the g-" I said moments before she bolted to her feet and stuck a knife at me. "Woah," I said taking the knife away from my neck,"It's just me."
"Sorry... I'm a little bit on edge."
"Why?" I asked feeling anxious. She looked around and hesitated but finally said,"I saw another eidolon, it was Arthur from the Hephaestus cabin. He looked so different!" She shuttered and continued,"He looked at me and screamed at me to go away!" She was terrified so I leaned over and hugged, "It's okay, but there's one thing for sure; we're going eidolon hunting tonight." I said.
