"Alright, come on. Let's get you to bed." Maki whispered softly, carrying me bridal style out the shower room. She dried my hair and body with the towel. Soon after, clothes appeared on me and her.

She carried me to a room, laying me down on the bed. I grabbed her arm, not wanting her to leave. Maki just smiled, "I won't leave you." She whispered, laying down next to me.

I pulled her close, snuggling her. Before I tried falling asleep. "I love you." I mumbled quietly. As I felt maki patted my head softly. "I love you too." Maki whispered, still patting my head.

I smiled, as I slowly started to fall asleep. Everything about Maki makes me feel happy.

Before I became a vampire hunter. I didn't know vampires existed. Once I started becoming a hunter. They told us how vampires are bad.

But now that I see Maki's true self. The society lied about how they have no feelings. But they're wrong, they do have feelings. If they didn't, they would've killed everyone.

And Maki has feelings. No matter how much she acts tsundere. She's still human, even if she is a Pureblood. She's still human. And I love her, which is all that matters now.
