*The next day*

Mitch is on the couch watching SpongeBob when Scott comes over and sits on the other side of the couch.

Scott: Morning Mitchie..

He says nervously, incase Mitch is still upset.

Mitch: Hello.

Mitch says not looking at Scott.

They both sit quietly, not looking at one another. Scott looks down at his phone trying to think of something to say.

Scott: Mitch..I’m really sorry about last night..I just lost track of time and..

He says looking at him with sad eyes. He is cut off my Mitch.

Mitch: You know we film Superfruit every Tuesday.

Scott: But I lost track of time. I’m sorry. We can film a double long episode next week.

Mitch turns to face him.

Mitch: I’m not mad about Superfruit, Scott.

Scott: Then what are you so upset over?

Usually, being best friends for over ten years, Scott can read Mitch very well. But this time, he couldn’t.

Mitch: You totally left me alone. All day. Never once did you ask if I needed anything or if I wanted to hang out with you and Todrick. You just left me alone.

He says getting up and avoiding eye contact to keep safe from crying.

Scott gets up after him.

Scott: I didn’t mean to make you feel alone and left out. It’s just every time we have Todrick around, you always seem bothered. Like when he was a guest on Superfruit. You seemed a bit uncomfortable with him there with us.

Mitch: I was perfectly fine then and every other time we have him around.

Scott: Please be happy again? I hate to see you upset.

He says in a loving voice as he gently touches Mitch’s arm. He keeps his gaze on Mitch. Mitch closes his eyes and sighs.

Scott: Mitchie..

Mitch still doesn’t look at him.

Mitch: What?

Scott: Let’s go spend the day together. Doing fun things. Together. Just us. Mitch and Scott. Scott and Mitch. Us. You and me, me and you. You and I, I and you. Scomiche!

Mitch can’t help but chuckle softly. He places his hand on Scott’s and smiles looking in his eyes.

Mitch: You’re a weirdo, Scottland.

Scott smiles down at the small singer and hugs him, relieved Mitch forgave him and is happy again.

Mitch hugs back, smiling.

After the hug and forgiveness, the two walk outside and ready to spend quality time together.

Mitch: So…where to first?

He asks smiling up at Scott. Scott smiles down to him.

Scott: I thought maybe first we could go to the zoo and get ice cream.

Mitch: Perfect!

*At the zoo*

Scott: What does the great and talented Mitch Grassi want to look at first?

Mitch: Hm…tigers?

Scott: Race you!

They smile and take off running

After an hour of looking at the animals, Scott and Mitch find a group of people singing and jamming out by the fish tank.

Mitch: Scott, look!

Scott: Let’s go join them!

They smile and walk over to the group of singers and the surrounding viewers. Mitch is first to join them.

Mitch: There is this transcendental, on another level. Oh! You're my lucky star!

He sings perfectly, just as he did in the Sing-Off. Scott smiles watching him. Soon he joins in with one of his famous riffs. The viewers go nuts!

Mitch and Scott draw many new watchers as they sing their back ups. Just as one song ends, Mitch sings his beginning line of I Need Your Love. Scott busts into his line. As the two members of Pentatonix do their thing, the random singers they joined just keep vocalizing and harmonizing as they continue. The fans can’t believe what’s happening.

After a few songs, Scott and Mitch laugh and officially meet the group they joined and the viewers watching. They smile and take a few pictures as well as sign a few things.

Once they’re alone, they walk to get ice cream.

Scott: I didn’t think you were actually going to join them!

He says laughing.

Mitch: Of course I was! Don’t you remember our Spontaneous Tattoo episode of Superfruit? You didn’t think I would go get a real tattoo but I did!

He smiles jokingly pushing Scott.

Scott: I remember, I remember! What kind of ice cream do you want?

Mitch: I know you want Birthday Cake flavor!

He chuckles looking over at Scott.

Scott: Hell no!

He laughs.

Scott: You know I hate cake!

Mitch: Right, you like moist cake balls!

Mitch busts out in laughter as Scott’s jaw drops.

Scott: You are so inappropriate!

He laughs along. Mitch is too busy laughing to say anything.

Scott: Calm down! Your face is turning red!

He chuckles holding Mitch. Finally, Mitch catches his breath.

Mitch: Whew! Okay…I’m good now. Um…I don’t know what kind I want. Just surprise me.

Scott nods and orders their ice cream. After a few minutes, he brings it to Mitch.

Scott: Here you are!

He smiles charmingly giving Mitch his ice cream. Mitch smiles taking it.

Mitch: Thanks, bitch!

Scott laughs.

Scott: You’re welcome shit-head.

*Back at the hotel room*

Scott: So do you forgive me now?

Mitch: Yes I do.

Scott smiles and slowly walks closer to Mitch. Mitch’s heart begins to race. Looking up into Scott’s eyes, Mitch bites his lip, desperately wanting Scott to kiss him. They both close their eyes, both wanting this to happen. How can they be so close yet so far apart?

They reach kissing distance, Scott’s hands firmly on Mitch’s waist, Mitch’s hands rested on Scott’s arms.
