Miss You

As the days of tour go on, Scott fails to see Mitch is left out and very upset about it.

He looks at his phone. A picture of he and Scott. How happy they were when they first got together.

He sighs.

"Why aren't things the same?"

Mitch thinks to himself.

"Why aren't we happy anymore?"

As he thinks these sad thoughts, Avi and Kirstie walk in the back room of the bus, where he is.

Avi: Mitch...

He says in his soft low voice.

They sit on each side of him.

Kirstie: Don't cry..

She says as she rubs his back.

Mitch: I don't want it to be over...I don't want us to be just friends..I love being Scomiche..

He says as he stares at the floor and wipes a tear.

Mitch: I don't want to go back to being Scott and Mitch...

Avi: Do you love him?

Mitch: Deeply...

*At the mall with Scott and Todrick*

Todrick: So you want to take Scomiche to the next level?

He asks Scott as they walk around the mall. Each with a few bags.

Scott smiles, blushing and nodding.

Scott: Yes I do...very much so!

Todrick: How do you plan on doing that?

Scott: Well..I've never been very aware of how I feel towards Mitch...romantic wise..but now I do..

Todrick looks confused.

Todrick: What do you mean?

Scott smiles and waits to answer.

Scott: I'm in love with him..

*At the venue, a few hours later*

The fans' screams fill the stadium as Pentatonix and friend Todrick Hall make their way to the stage.

Kevin and Kirstie already taking their spots, Mitch watches in pain as Scott and Todrick once again, tease each other in front of him.

He sighs as he fixes his shiny ear piece.

Avi walks past him and touches Mitch's back.

Avi: It's okay, man.

He says as he makes his way on stage.

Trying to ignore his boyfriend and friend, Mitch adjusts his ear piece and stands in his place for the show. Eventually, Scott and Todrick do the same.

The show opens with Wizard of Aahhhs.

During the show, Scott can't get his mind off of his new found love for Mitch. Not only did he love him as a friend, but he was deeply in love with him.

Meanwhile, Mitch's heart says he's also in love with Scott, but his mind says to keep his distance so he won't get hurt again like Travis did to him.

After the show, Scott and Todrick are first to leave stage. Scott wanted to talk to Todrick before the others were near by.

Scott: I'm gonna say it tonight!

Todrick: Are you really?!

He asks I excitement.

Scott nods.

Todrick: I am so happy for you both! Just be sure to take things slow!

Scott smiles.

Scott: Thanks, man. You always know what to say.

Just then, they hug. To close friends, Todrick is known for kissing friends on their cheeks as a way of saying thanks and cherishing their friendship.

As the others go to the dressing room, Mitch still wanders around stage.

Todrick: Let's practice to get you ready.

He smiles.

Scott: Okay!

Todrick: I'll be Mitch and you be...you.

They laugh.

Scott: Alright..

He clears his throat.

Scott: Mitch..we've been dating a while and we've been best friends for as long as I can remember..and I think it's time I tell you how I really feel..

Just as Scott says "It's time I tell you how I really feel..", Mitch walks in seeing and hearing distance.

Scott and Todrick take hands and stare into each others eyes.

Scott: I love you..

Todrick smiles as he pretends to be Mitch.

Todrick: I love you too, Scottland!

They smile even brighter and hug tightly.

Almost instantly, Mitch is brought to tears.

Scott and Todrick see him and quickly separate.

Scott: Mitch, it's not what you think...

He says in a worried voice.

Mitch cries and begins to breathe fast.

Todrick: Scott and I are just friends, Mitch...

Mitch: I knew it!

He cries.

Mitch: I knew there was something going on between you two!

He cries harder, his heart now broken.

Scott: Mitch, no! I promise you, nothing is going on between Todrick and I! I'm with you!

He says as he tries to hold Mitch's hands.

Mitch quickly pulls his hands away and wipes his tears.

Mitch: You know what, Scott?

He cries as he breaks off the golden cursive necklace and throws it at him.

Mitch: We're done..

Scott's heart shatters into a billion pieces.

Scott: Mitch, no, please!

He doesn't answer. He just cries and runs away.

As Kevin, Avi and Kirstie come over, Scott watches as the love of his life leaves him.

Kirstie puts her hand softly on his shoulder.

Kirstie: Scott?

She asks in a comforting way.

He turns and hugs her as he bursts out into tears.

Everyone hugs Scott in silence.
