-Alis POV-

"Hold on!" I yelled out as I waddled to the door. When I opened the door, there Emily stood, with a big smile on her face. She grabbed my hands, pulling me to her, and wrapped me in a hug.
"Oh my God! .. I missed you so much, Em!" I said as I buried my face into the crook of her neck.
"I missed you too, babe." she hugged me as tight as she could with my belly in the way and walked us back into the house.
"How did you get back here so fast?" I asked as I pulled away from her and closed the door.
"Well, I drove most of the night until I got tired."
"Emily, I told you that I don't want you to drive at night."
"Ali, it's okay. Nothing happened, I kept my eyes on the road and I stopped driving when I felt like I was tired." She stared at me "You're so beautiful." She put her hands on either side of my face and smiled at me. I couldn't help but smile back.
"Why did you rush back?" I asked while running my hands through her hair.
"I rushed back because any day now you're going to go into labor and I wouldn't dare miss the birth of this little girl." She said as she put her hand on my stomach. "Our little girl." I said as I put my hand on top of hers. As if on cue she kicked. Emily laughed a little.
She raised my shirt a little, bent down and kissed my stomach. "I missed you too, Honor."
"Are you going to tell me why you were gone for two weeks?" I asked as I raised my eyebrows at her.
"You'll know soon." she said as she raised up and kissed me.
"How soon?"
"You've asked this question so many times." she said as she sat on the couch.
"Yet you still haven't answered." I pointed out as I sat on the couch with her.
"After Honor is born you'll know. I promise."
"Okay." I smiled when she started to kiss my neck. "That tickles, Em." she stopped and put her forehead on mine.
"Can I have a real kiss then?" I nodded my head while smiling. She grabbed my face and slowly kissed me.
"Oh my God. Can you two please stop for a second? I'm here!" Spencer said as Emily pulled away from me.
"Spence, you've seen us kiss plenty of times." I laughed.
"I know and I've also seen some other things that I've tried so hard to burn out of my mind. I'm only staying over because you felt like you were going to go into labor soon. " Spencer said as she hugged me.
"So you think today is the day?" Emily asked. I looked at her and nodded my head.
"Can we do a little walking later? It helps with the pressure."
"Yeah, we can. Thanks for looking over Ali while I was gone, Spence." Emily said as she got off of the couch.
"No problem, Em. I mean, she is my cousin and she can't really sleep unless someone is next to her. Thanks to you I had to cuddle with her." Spencer said while laughing a little.
Emily laughed as her phone began to ring. "I've got to take this." She answered the phone while walking into the room.
"Do you know what she's hiding?" I asked Spencer as she sat on the couch and turned on the TV.
"I do...but I'm sworn to secrecy. You'll know soon enough." She said while smirking a little.
"UGH!" I knew I wasn't going to get anything out of her. "Spence, can you help me get off of the couch please." Spencer stood up and held her hands out. When I grabbed them she lifted me up. "Thank you. I'll be so happy when she's born so I can go back to doing normal things like putting my shoes on and tying them." Spencer just laughed. I walked towards the bedroom.
"That was supposed to been done while I was there! No, I can't come back there."
I walked into the room quietly and listened.
"Because the baby is on her way and I won't miss that for anything in the world." She stopped to listen to what the person on the other end of the call was saying. "Well, you better figure out a way to fix it or you'll be out of a job. Let me know if I need to send more money." She yelled into the phone and hung up then threw her phone on the nightstand. She put her head in her hands and took a deep breath. I've never heard her use that tone with anyone before so they must have really pissed her off.
"Wow, that was intense." When I spoke she jerked her head up and looked at me.
"How long were you standing there Ali?" She got off of the bed and walked towards me.
"Just long enough to hear that you're not happy about something. I mean, if you let me know what the problem is, maybe I can talk to them. You know I always get results."
"You're unbelievable." She smiled at me "I'm not going to tell you. At least not right now, but I promise that it's nothing bad okay?" She looked into my eyes.
"Okay." When I sat on the bed she went over to her side and laid down. She slowly pulled me down to her. I kissed her cheek as she put her hand on my stomach and started to rub it slowly.
"I really missed you, Em." I pouted.
"I really missed you too, baby. Even though we talked almost all day, everyday." She smiled at me.
"So...I missed you physically being here. You don't know how long it took me to fall asleep without you."
"Hours. We fell asleep FaceTiming almost every night and according to Spencer the nights that we didn't, you had to cuddle with her." I put my face in the crook of her neck and closed my eyes as I breathed in her scent.
"Are you tired?" She asked as she began to rub my back.
I kept my eyes closed as I nodded my head. I felt her kiss my forehead and I smiled.
"Get some rest, Ali. I'll still be here when you wake up."

"I can't wait to see you, Honor. I promise I will always be there for you. I promise you would never want for anything."
I opened my eyes and saw Emily with her head laid on my belly as she talked to Honor.
"I love you so much and I haven't even met you yet. I know there are going to be times where I'll mess up something but please know I'm learning as I go. I just hope that I don't mess up too bad." I couldn't help but smile at the sight.
"You're going to be a great MaMa." I said as I ran my fingers through her hair. She looked up at me and smiled before kissing my stomach.
"You're going to be a great Mom." She said once she was eye level with me. "How did you sleep?" She asked as she kissed me.
"Better than I have for two weeks." I said as Emily started laughing.
"Seriously, Em...Don't leave that long again." She put her hand on my cheek.
"It was only two weeks babe, but I won't. Next time, you and Honor can come with me." she smiled at me.
"You feel like eating?" I shook my head. "Why not, Ali?" Em asked as she narrowed her eyes at me. I usually don't ever reject a food offer.
"I've been eating often today. Like snacking and stuff - And a big fruit and veggie smoothie, that Spencer made."
"Oh Okay." Em said while starting to rub my stomach again.
"Em..."
"Yeah, Als?" Emily looked at me and I smiled at the nickname.
"As sweet as this moment is, can you help me up? I really need to use the bathroom."
"Sure!" She practically leapt out of bed and held her hands out to me.
"And don't laugh at my waddle." I said as I walked into the bathroom.
"It's so cute though!" I heard her yell out. I just laughed to myself as I closed the door.
