Uhmmm!!
Whats on my mind at the minute??
I'm here at the gym this morning, walking on my favourite equipment, yes you got it the Treadie. Treadie and I have an awesome understanding between us. He moves I walk,😂😀
Use to run 🏃 but thats a No No these days. Slower, better, I'm still going to get to the same place in the end, like the turtoise and the Hare, fastest isn't always the best way. It's the nostalgia you collect along the way that matters in the end.
Uhmm!! Whats on my mind is the following phrase; THROW IT OUT,REMOVE!!!
Now your all probably thinking, where she going with this ????
Well here on the treadie I do my best thinking. I've come up with all sorts of stuff. I think I write, I remove shit out of my life ,all with the simple action of Walking 🚶
I use to do it with Running 🏃 a thing of the past, wasn't it great to blast all the shit out of my system.
But you know what?
THROW IT OUT ,REMOVE!!!
Has been a great motto for me.
It doesn't fit, literally speaking, you or your lifestyle, THROW IT OUT,REMOVE!!

It's good for your soul, your hips, everything. You see unwanted stuff, drags you down, even your health. Those extra kilo's, just hang around. No matter how much you walk and run. You will loose it, but all to come back, and make you work harder. You want to exercise to add years on your life, not to have it depleated by unwanted Ghastly thoughts.
Same goes with everything in life, it doesn't work, THROW IT OUT,REMOVE!!
We have so much beauty around us, open up your eyes 👀 look around at all the canvas you have to work with around you. Don't home in on that black dot, that little mistake you made, which cannot get erased, unless you choose to rub it out completely, with your giant rubber. Simmgles had some great ones. Huge big Rubbers.📝✂️ I can't find a rubber emoji😀
Learn from it and move on.
Afterall it's when we fall down, that the biggiest impact is made, literally speaking.
It's amazing what opens up and presents itself, when you THROW IT OUT ,REMOVE!!!
