Chapter 19

It's been about two months since I've left the group. I admit it's been really hard I've been almost eaten two times and I've almost been destroyed lots of times by hoards of zombies. I miss Mason, Skyler, and even that new kid Zach. Why'd I have to leave? I wonder though how their doing without me? I wonder if their even alive? "Hey new girl let's keep it moving." Oh I almost forgot to tell y'all I've been traveling with this family of five since I had no one in my leaving, I had to survive with someone. One day I was trying to be quiet while a hoard of zombies were walking on the street and I ended up tripping on some cans and a few other garbage. About a dozen zombies attention was focused on the noise, so they started to come but I wasn't fast enough I tired to run but they ended up seeing me anyways. They all started to run after me, just then about a group of people popped out of nowhere and started to attack the zombies. They honestly saved my life and from then now I've been traveling with them. They've helped me with so much they feed me, clothe me and protected me. I couldn't ask for anything better. "Hey let's split up Logan, and Jenny check the inside. Ashley and Rin check the side. And me and Julianne will check the back." Said the man. I still didn't learn his name, he hasn't told anybody. TBH he's kinda a loner, he doesn't talk much and all he really does is bark orders at us and make sure we're safe and sound. Ashley she's mostly into fashion and pop stuff, whenever we stop at like a store she always picks up some fashionable item. Logan he's into rock and roll, he has an MP3 player and all he does is listen to Panic at the Disco and some other stuff I've never heard of. Jenny she's very load and always talking about her high school days, she talked about her homecoming date and how she was stood up and how she'll never go on another date with a guy ever again. Rin she's very shy she mostly sticks to the man but sometimes she opens up and talks to me. "Hey look over here!" The man yelled. It was a dog that had been killed, there was bit marks and organs all over and outside their body. I wanted to throw up so bad but I forced myself to stay calm. Just then I hear screaming, me and the man started running towards the scream it was Jenny and Rin, Jenny was being eaten, Rin was already dead her face and body was torn apart. I tried to run up to save Jenny but the man held me back he said it was to late for her, all I could do was stand their and watch her scream and suffer. Her eyes were begging her for my help, somebody's help, but I couldn't move and as another zombie came up and bite into her neck, she was finally dead. The man grabbed my arm and dragged me into the shadows were we were not to be seen.
