Song for this chapter: 'Look after You' The Fray

Harry's POV--

The auditorium is packed, and my patience is close to none. Its bullshit I have to be here this early, for graduation practice non the less.

Graduation is Wednesday, and they have us here Monday at fucking 8 am for what? To practice how to walk up and down the aisles?

Zayn sits next to me, and I sit at the end of the aisle. I haven't talked to Nicole since I left yesterday night, and its driving me fucking insane. I thought I'd give her some space, time to think things through, but its driving me fucking nuts. I'm checking my phone every 5 minutes, and I catch myself looking around the room every minute to see if i can spot her. Niall eventually walks in, giving me a dirty look as I let his slide past me to sit next to Zayn.

"Are you pussies still mad at each other?" Zayn looks between the both of us, obviously annoyed by the tension. I shrug my shoulders, while Niall looks the other way.

I realize how childish this is, and want it to end. Niall is my best friend, and i sincerely miss him I know things about him, and he knows the same amount about me.

"Wanna get a burger after this?" Niall is taken back by my question, and looks at Zayn. He shrugs his shoulders, inviting himself as he answers yes.

"Yeah, you payin?" I smirk, lightly punching his shoulder before leaning against my squeaking chair.

Nicole's POV--

"Where were you last night?" I finish chewing on my french fry, ignoring my burning of my tongue.

"Remember? We had that award ceremony thing for my dad." I don't remember what he's talking about, but nod my head slowly anyways.

"How is he doing anyways?" He shrugs his shoulder, taking a sip from his milkshake.

"Not too bad, he ate all his dinner last night though and laughed a little at a movie, so that's good right?" I smirk, rubbing his shoulder as I lean over.

"That's great."

"So, Have you talked to him?" I look up to meet his gaze, that lands on Liam across the small dinner. I shake my head slowly, looking away quickly to avoid any attention from Liam.

"You know he's going to BC right?" I cough on my soda, and get a few stares from surrounding people.

I hadn't realized this, and cant help but worry at my past following me. I rethink of my actions from Saturday, and honestly cant think of anything I did or say to lead Liam on. He's nice, and I sincerely care for him. It hurts me that I hurt him, and I've never been a fan of conflict. I look over to his table again, this time he's looking at me. I look away quickly, and Lou gives me a look.

"What?" I whisper this.

"I think you should talk to him." He knows how guilty I feel, and has always been my subconscious in a person. I nod, standing up slowly and taking a deep breath.

I feel a tug at my arm, and I turn to look back at Lou.

"Just remember, It's not your fault your irresistible." I yank my arm from his grip, and leave him to obnoxiously laugh to himself.

I'm sure hes aware of the people starring, and I know he couldn't care less.

Liam sees me walk toward him, and the guy he's with gets up, giving me a small smile before walking out.

"Oh your friend didnt have to leave! I cou'"

"It's okay Nicole." I nod, taking a seat across from him, running my hands over my thighs. His hands wrap around his shake, and he takes occasional sips.
