1 Day Later
Carlos POV:
Carlos was at his house doing his chores. When he finished them all decided to go out and meet with Harley.
Mal POV:
I'm stealing some kids stuff when I see Jay and Evie.
"Hey guys, have you seen Carlos?" I asked
"Yeah." Jay said. "He's with Harley."
"Why?" I frowned.
"Haven't you heard?" Jay asked. "They're a couple now."
"THEY'RE A WHAT?" I screamed.
"Yeah." Then Jay smirked. "You jealous or something."
"NO!" I yelled.
That's such a lie, I thought to myself
I forced on a plastic smile, "So, Carlos and Harley now huh?" I asked. "How'd it happen?"
"You remember that fight in the street yesterday?" Jay asked.
Mal nodded.
"Well that same guy saved Harley from that same gang the day before that." Jay said.
"So, what does that have to do with this?" Mal asked.
"Harley managed to figure out that he was Carlos." Jay said.
Well that would explain the acrobatics, I thought
"How?" I asked
"She figured out cause of the color scheme, the crossbones on his jacket, and the acrobatics all pointed to Carlos." Jay said.
"Well, let's go find him." I said
"Why?" Evie asked.
"Cause we need some flexibility in this group." I said.
"Huh?" Evie and Jay said.
"You know, the 4 B's." I said. "The Boss, The Beauty, The Brawn, and the Backflips."
"What?" Evie and Jay said again.
"I'm the boss, Evie's the beauty, Jay's the brawn, and Carlos can be the backflips, or he could add some brains to the group.
"Ooooohhh." they said.
"Look there he is." Jay said spotting him.
I saw him kissing with Harley. My blood started to boil and I felt an extremely compulsive urge to stab her with a shard of glass.
"Mal, you good?" Evie asked
"Yeah, why wouldn't I be?" Mal asked
"Cause your eyes are bright green." Evie said
"What?!" I said
I grabbed one of Evie's mirrors and looked in it and sure enough. My eyes were bright green.
