Mal X Carlos

Chapter 12

Mal POV:

I know this is weird but I think that I might, just might. Have a little crush on Carlos. 

Now my hatred for Audrey just doubled considering her parents were the very people my mom was trying to kill. 

Now she's always flirty around Carlos. 

Girl, your boyfriend is the Soon-To-Be King of Auradon!

I see Audrey being all flirty with Carlos. But she clearly isn't having any luck.

"C'mon Carlos. We're perfect for each other." Audrey insisted.

"I just got out of a relationship on the Isle and I'm not looking for one now." Carlos replied with an icy expression.

"C'mon Car. Pleeeeaaaassse!" Audrey pleaded.

"Audrey, your boyfriend is literally the Soon-To-Be King of Auradon. What do you need me for?" Carlos replied.

Mal smirked at Audrey's repeated failed attempts.

Carlos POV:

Audrey was like my mom when she wanted me to do laundry. She was begging me every day to be her boyfriend.

Does this girl understand the difference between yes and no?

I decided to take up Fairy Godmothers offer to play Tourney so I could have a reason to get away from Audrey.

On the field, me and Jay were on opposite teams. I guess it was fair considering he had brute strength and I could do backflips.

The game started and Jay had the ball. He came running right at me. But instead of knocking me out I did a flip right over him and stole the ball.

I started running for the goal when I heard the scariest sound ever. A bark.

I looked back and saw a dog running right at me. I started running trying to avoid the dog, I ended up scoring a goal but I kept running cause I knew that if I stopped, the dog would rip me to shreds.

I ended up running pretty deep into the forest. Then I climbed up a tree.

I looked down to see Ben holding the dog.

"Ben, what the hell are you doing? He's gonna attack you!" I said.

"Carlos, this is Dude. He's the campus mutt and he's pretty friendly." Ben said.

I jumped down and took Dude into my arms. "Hey. You're right. You're a good boy aren't you?" I said.

"Look I'm gonna give you guys some space. Oh, and Coach says you're on the team."
