Lauren's POV:
I had just landed in LA from my 5 hour flight from Ohio. I moved here to escape the family drama that used to run my life. My cousin Sawyer Hartman is letting me move in with him. I walk out of the terminal and over to the luggage claim area. Everything, except what is in my carry on and suitcase, is already at Sawyer's apartment. I just have to unpack it when I get there. I find my way out of the airport and look for Sawyer. I spot him standing by his yellow convertible. He sees me and flashes me a smile. I walk over to him and he pulls me into a bear hug.
"I missed my little Beaucnut!" Sawyer says, pretending to wipe tears away. I laugh as we broke away.
"I missed ya too Soy Sauce." I laugh. (P.S. in this story, Lauren was the first one to call Sawyer Soy Sauce.)
He grabs my suitcase and puts it in the trunk of his car. I hop into his car and we leave for his apartment.
Sawyer's POV:
I cannot believe how much Lauren has changed! Her once dirty blonde hair is now a chocolate brown and she wears contacts instead of her glasses. The last time I saw her was 15 years ago. I'm glad she accepted my offer to live with me. What she was going through she needed to get away from. It was dragging her down.
"So, how's Livy?" I ask Lauren as I turn on to the highway. She smiles as she puts her sunglasses on.
"She's great! She won her 6th national title last year." She replies. She loves her sister. Anyone could tell by the way she talks about her. Olivia is lucky to have a big sister like Lauren.
"6th? Wow, that's amazing!" I say. She nods her head as she turns the radio up. I turn onto the street my apartment is on. I bob my head to the music as we pull up to my apartment.
Lauren's POV:
When we arrived at Sawyer's apartment, we grabbed my suitcase and headed indoors. When we walk into his apartment, I immediately head to my room to start unpacking my things. As I open my door my jaw drops. Everything has already been unpacked and given a place. My lavender comforter sitting neatly on my bed, my bookshelves filled with my books, even my Mac was set up. I run downstairs and tackle Sawyer in a hug.
"Oh my God! Sawyer, thank you sooo much!" I yell. We laugh as he told me it was nothing. I give him a huge smile and kiss his cheek. I climb off him and helped him up off the floor. I hear the front door open and close. I look at Sawyer confused. As I look at the door, a boy with blondish-brownish hair comes into view. He was wearing a tank top and basketball shorts. A camera was blocking his face, so I couldn't get a good look at him.
"Well, I'm gonna go take a shower and then get some lunchyanya!" the boy says to the camera. He stops recording and looks at me and Sawyer.
Sawyer's POV:
Joey walks in to the apartment. He must have gone to the gym. I look at Lauren, who looks at me confused. Oh crap, I must have forgotten to tell her about Joey! Joey puts his camera down and looks at us. He smiles at Lauren and she looks at me. She has the look of pure annoyance on her face. I am so dead.
