Lauren’s POV:
I walk down the stairs and find Joey on the couch kissing some girl. I walk over to the fridge.
“Morning Joey, morning girl who Joey is sucking face with.” I say, smirking as I grab the milk and shut the fridge. I find a bowl and fix myself cereal.
“Bye Joey.” The girl says, blowing him a kiss and winking. I roll my eyes and sit down at the table and begin eating my breakfast.
Joey’s POV:
I walk over to Lauren.
“Why did you have to do that? Couldn’t you have kept your mouth shut?” I hiss. Lauren looks at me and my jaw drops. She had a massive bruise on her cheek and smaller ones scattered on her face and neck, along with scratches.
“What were you saying? I was tuning you out.” Lauren says sharply, glaring at me.
“W-what happened?” I mutter, slowly sitting down in a chair. She laughs as she takes another bite of her cereal.
“Didn’t you watch my video last week? It explains it all.” she says before standing up and taking her bowl over to the sink. I shake my head. “Then you should watch it. ”
