"Welcome to the brits, 2014!" A presenter cried into the speakers as the crowd clapped and cheered, "And this is Arctic Monkeys!" the crowd cheered some more as Arctic Monkeys started singing their song, R U Mine. After a minute or so, big letters formed from fire came up making a big A and M. I was amazed that the tec people or whoever did it, could do that! "...are you mineee?" the song came to the end and the clapping started again,
"whoooooo!!!" Layla shouted,
"umm la?" I asked,
"what?" she screamed into my ear,
"you dont need to shout in my EAR! and anyways have you even heard of them before?" I replied
"nope, but i LOVE THEM NOW!"
The fire died down as a lady voice started speaking though the speakers, "Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome your host, Mr James Corden!" James Corden came out of no where and walked down the small isle to the stage."Hello! Good evening, and welcome to the brit awards, twenty-fourteen!"
"whooo, yay!" We screamed, as well as everyone else,
"We are live at the O2 - OH MY GOD is this- is this... guys!" people started laughing because we realized that James had some fire on his arm! A person from (probably) backstage came on to put it out. "Jesus! God!" He said into the microphone and stared blankly into the crowd, "Those bloody Arctic Monkeys and that fire!" he carried on of what he was saying, "We are live at the O2 arena and we are on a mission to celebrate British musical excellence from the past twelve months. Over the past year British acts has taken the world by storm! Hey, how good was the Arctic monkeys, gang?"
"BRILLIANT!" me and Layla screamed over the other voices, even though we have hardly heard of them before.
"What about that to start a show?" He looked down at his sleeve and said, "They got me all smoked up! There is more where that came from! Because tonight...on this very stage will be...Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, Bastile, Rudimental, Pharrell Williams and niall rogers, Discloser, Lorde, Ellie Goulding..and the one and only..." he paused for a few seconds, "Beyonce! Beyonce is HERE tonight! Truly the biggest and best line up of all brits ever had!" The people watching whooed and clapped and shouted and all sorts of things, "And of course we are giving away a load of these!" Corden said while holding up an award, "Its the twenty-fourteen brit award designed by hat maker extraordinaire, Phillip Tracy! We also have a great way for you at home to have your say! For the very first time, -" I stopped listening to all this stuff because it was for the people who at watching it on it, and that reminded me, Justine! I looked at my phone,
