Dumbledore's assault on Five year old Cynthia Riddle

Today has brought some horrifying revelations to light. The infamous Tom Marvolo Riddle or as he better known The Dark Lord has a daughter. His daughter Cynthia Luna Riddle was said to be beautiful, kind and the light of his life along with his wife Rosalie Riddle nee Ollivander.

It has been revealed in a shocking court case that on the girls fifth birthday, Dumbledore and his famed Order of the Phoenix stormed Riddle manor in a unprovoked attack and kidnapped the girl. The attack also left Draco Malfoy who was five at the time unconscious from a stupefy from Dumbledore's own wand.

The Riddles were setting up to celebrate Cynthia's birthday when their manor was stormed. It has also been revealed that Lily and James Potter were the ones to knock out the five year old and carry her away from her family.

When this attack happened Tom Riddle had not killed anyone and was working in the ministry as a powerful and respectable Auror and his wife Rosalie worked in the Department of international affairs. Narcissa and Lucius Malfoy along with Bellatrix Lestrange were also present during the assault.

What broke everyone's heart though was Draco Malfoy's memory in Cynthia's room where he assured a terrified Cynthia that she would be OK before promising to keep her safe. The last thing in his heart wrenching memory was Dumbledore knocking him unconscious as a terrified Cynthia screamed his name.

In Draco's sadness and anger he told Dumbledore and his order "I hate you all so much! I promised her and like the monsters you are you forced me to break it." Tom Riddle also confessed that his killing of Lily and James Potter was due to his frantic search for his daughter and the muggles he killed were ones close to Dumbledore who would not tell him where his daughter is.

In a statement to the court Mr Riddle said "I may be cruel and tyrannical but the one thing I would never do is hurt either Rosalie or Cynthia. They mean everything to me and the fact you stole my daughter drove me to find her. Yes I killed the Potter's, yes I killed muggles who you were close to in an attempt to find her! My followers kill on their own accord and I don't care how many people I have to slaughter to find Cynthia."

These are clearly the actions of a broken man trying to repair his grief torn family. Dumbledore however showed no sympathy "I can't tell you if I do she will die however I can say she is safe and has no recollection of who she is." Was his answer when asked about Miss Riddles whereabouts.

It was also revealed Alice Longbottom tried to kill Narcissa Malfoy and would have succeeded if Bellatrix Lestrange didn't push her out the way. Every member of the Order of the Phoenix present was fired from their jobs at the Ministry. Dumbledore, the Potters and the Longbottoms have been stripped of all titles and awards. Dumbledore is to retain his post as headmaster of Hogwarts until the governing board choose his replacement.

I managed to get a statement out of Mr Riddle who was both relived and saddened by the trial  "We just want Cynthia back, we just want to be a family again." Well Mr Riddle I hope so too as the Ministry is going to examine everyone in the sixth year of Hogwarts to find Miss Riddle so that the Riddle family can once again be whole.

Harry put down the Daily Profit in sheer shock. Around the hall everyone was reading the paper with looks of horror and surprise. People glanced at the Slytherin table where Draco Malfoy sat along with Pansy Parkinson, Blaise Zambini, Vincent Crabe and Gregory Goyle. Harry didn't know what to think, he believed this entire time Voldemort killed his parents out of sheer enjoyment but to learn this. To know his parents stole a five year old girl on her birthday from her family?! That put a different perspective on things.

McGonagall read the paper and sighed as she noticed the students reading it as well. Dumbledore was in his office no doubt fuming, his perfect reputation had been shattered. McGonagall knew that that was the plan, get Cynthia's name out there and destroy Dumbledores reputation. What shocked her the most though was that they also tore down the Potters and Longbottoms reputation.

Neville was in shock, his mother tried to kill someone all because they wanted to protect a five year old girl. Neville was terrified of what people would do and say to him. His parents had gone crazy so they couldn't answer to their crimes... But Neville could and so could Harry.

"Oh Potter looks like your parents weren't so perfect!" Someone shouted and soon insults were sent flying at him.

"Your parents were sickos Harry!"

"Bet your proud! Your parents managed to hold their own against a five year old!"

"Oh Neville so your mum is both crazy and a wanna be murderer!"

"Weasley's I bet your parents were there!! Did daddy lose his pathetic job?"

Draco watched as the school slowly turned on the once golden students. He would be lying of course if he said he didn't enjoy it. Draco stood up his bench scrapping on the ground as he walked over to Harry, Ron, Ginny and Neville. The rest of Slytherin house followed and the hall went silent as they watched what Draco would do.

Harry watched as Draco walked over to him, his grey eyes filled with fury and satisfaction. Draco stopped in front of him, the rest of Slytherin flocking around him, their stance clear. Mess with him you mess with us.

Draco glared at Harry. "Potter." He addressed and Harry nodded "Malfoy." Draco grabbed Harry by his tie and pulled him across the table. "I will find Cynthia and I swear to god if you have so much as hurt her or looked at her wrong I will make sure my uncle Tom kills you like he did your pathetic mother and father. Same goes for you Weasel's and Longbottom."

Draco then walked out the hall along with the Slytherins. The other houses looked at each other before following leaving behind Harry, Ginny, Ron, Neville and two other Gryffindor's who were finishing their breakfasts. The message was clear, we no longer like you anymore.
